25. Yt ye now Balives shall set stoopes and rales at Davell Bridge upon ye Marsh for the prservacon of the Ramp and fill upp wth gravell where neede there required before ye first day of May upon paine of xs.

26. Yt ye now Balives shall repaire the Calles in some needfull places where is wanting & shall Add to ye middlemost call soe much in Length as may be thought convenient at or before the 24th of June upon paine of 40s.

Mr Thomas Patten for yt he hath not repaired the house on ye moore side wch was formrly Willm Baleys according to ye time given him in the 46th prsentmt of the Last Inquest therefore hath forfeited the sume of xxs And yt ye said Thomas Patten shall Sufficiently repaire ye said house at or before the first day of August next upon paine of 40s.

45. If wee find and psent Ralph Kilshawe for an Incroachmt by erecting a wall at his house end in St Johns weend wch is 4 yards in Length and 2 yards in breadth and to be rented at ye discrecon of the Maior and his Councell.

46. If wee find and prsent ye Mr Bushell hath Erected a porch at his house and like wise to bee rented at ye discrecon of Mr Maior and his Councell.

47. If wee find and prsent Henry Balshaw yt he hath Incroached upon the streete at his house in ye ffryergate by erecting a bulke wch is two yards and three quartr in length and 3 quartr in breadth and therefore to be rented.

48. If wee find and prsent ye now Balives yt they shall cause a new frame to be made and lade at ye Lower drawe well in the fryergate and dresse and putt ye same in sufficient repaire at or before ye xxth day of May next upon paine of xxs.

49. Mr Henry Hodgkinson for digging and getting of sodds upon ye Peele moore contrary to a Guild Ordr in yt case made & provided therefore wee Amerce him to pay xs.

50. Edmund Wearden for geting sand and clay upon ye east end of ye Peele moore to the great anoyance of the Kings Maties highway soe yt ye people can scarce have any passage to ye Market therefore wee amerce him to pay the sum of ______

52. Walter Myers for that he hath digged and made a clay pitt for bricke upon ye moore without ye consent of the officers of this towne wch is contrary to ye guild ordr in that case made & pvided & therefore hath forfeited ye sume of 40s according to ye penalty therein specifyed.

53. According to the 12th prsentmt of the last Leete yt Mr Walcott, John Threlfall, Mrs Baron late, Mrs Astley & John Powell doe brewe and Retaile ale or beare not being ffree Burgesses of this Incorporacon therefore wee Amerce them to pay ye sevrall sumes of xxs. a piece.

54. Thomas Shepphard upon Informacon given to use yt he hath incroached from ye townes wast into his garden and at his house and thirty ffoure yards in Length & a quarter of a yard in breadth therefore wee amerce him to pay the sume of iijl.

55. Nicholas Watson for suffring his Hedge to lye downe betwixt Henry Crosse garden & his owne croft and betwixt one other croft of his and Ellen Walmesleys garden and that he shall putt ye said Hedges in sufficient repaire before the tenth of Aprill upon paine of vjs. viijd.
