18. Ye supvisors of ye highways wthin this towne yt they repaire ye Broadgate lane wch is very much in decy and that they cause good store of gravell to bee laid from ye Bancks head upwards towards ye ffishergate barrs before ye ffirst day of June next upon paine of xls.

19. Henry Myers, John Bayley and all other psons yt make bricks upon ye Comons yt they shall fill upp theire pitts wth rubbage where they have Digged and gotten bricke upon ye Moores before ye first day of May next upon paine of xxs. apiece.

By ye 23rd prsentmt of ye last Inquest and upon prusall of severall prsentmts of fformer Inquests, Thomas Patton gen was presented to Erect and build ye house at ye Moore side wch hee hath suffren to ffall downe, it being upon ye townes land sometime heretofore in ye possession of Willm Bayley decd and hath thereby forfeited severall sumes of money as by prusall of ye sd prsentmts and affearing thereof may appeare, wee therefore desire yt all such ffynes & Amercemts heretofore due or forfeited concerning ye same may bee Levyed according to ye affearing thereof. Ye now Baliffs shall repaire at ye head end of ye first or highest call at ye River of Rible and make a little call at ye end of Thomas Cumbrall hedge and draw some gripps upon ye Marsh and pave four breaches in ye pinfould and to repaire ye Cawsey betwixt ye pinfould and Mr Prestons before ye xxiiijth day of June upon paine of xls.

Nicholas Watson for that hee doth continually lay great quantitys of Timber in ye streets in ye ffryergate to ye great prjudice of his neighbours and contrary to sevrall Guild ordrs for ye wch offence wee amerce him in ye sume of xls and yt hee shall remove all ye said Timber out of ye said street before ye ffirst of May next and Lay no more there upon paine of xs. amonth.

Henry Bretherton, Willm Charnocke, Edward Parker, James Helme & John Helme jun yt they very frequently and usually water their horses at ye drawwell at ye lower end of ye ffryergate to ye great annoyance of their neighbours wch use ye same well wee therefore amerce them in vjs. viijd. apiece. And yt ye said psons and all other psons shall forbeare to Comitt ye like offence at any time hereafter upon paine of every one soe offending ye sume of vjs. viijd. apiece.

31. Ralph Woodhouse for suffring his Ostler to water horses at ye draw well in ye Market place it being a great annoyance to ye neighbours and yt he forbeare to comitt ye like offence at any time hereafter upon paine of every time so offending ye sume of vjs. viijd.

32. Mr John Langton for inscroaching upon ye backside of ye house late belonging to Mr Ralph Sharrocke and heretofore in ye possession of widdow Pressall, wee therefore ordr yt ye said John Langton do rectify and remove ye same Incroachmt before ye first day of May next upon paine of xls.

33. Willm Graystocke shall suffer ye usuall ffootway to continue at his garden end along to widdow Walmsleys stile upon paine of vjs. viijd.

34. Ye supvisors of ye highways wthin this towne yt they repaire ye moore brow and fill upp ye breaches where is washed or worne away and Lay gravell or pave a Cawsey upon ye one side thereof before ye xxiiijth day of June upon paine of xls.

35. Ye supvisors shall cause ye guttrs or Ditches on both side of ye Moore Cawsey to bee scoured and pave some breaches on ye same Cawsey and set stoopes in some places where may bee thought requisit to keepe Carts from going over ye sd Cawsey before ye 24th of June next upon paine of xxs.
