1. Mr.Nicholas Wall and Mr. Nicholas Walmsley, late Baliffs, for not collecting ye tenn pounds assessed for ye repaire of ye highwayes.

2. Edward Osbaldeston hath beene formrly prsented by ye last Leet for makeing an Incroachmt at ye back of his house and hath neglected to pull downe ye same therefore wee thinke fitt yt so long as he suffrs ye same to bee standing yt he pay 5s a month.

3. Thomas Sumpner, Ralph Eaves, and Ellize Makin yt they repaire ye houses belonging to ye towne upon ye Sykehill before ye xxvth of March next, upon penalty of xxs. apiece.

4. Ye supvisors of ye highway do repaire ye way betwixt church gate Barrs and ye Almshouses before ye first of May next upon penalty of vl.

5. Grace Walmsley widd and Mr Edmund Werden yt they cutt their hedges and scoure their ditches in ye Lane comonly called Toogood lane before ye xxvth of March next upon paine of xls apiece.

6. Roger Mosse yt he sett stiles for goeing over Titmouse croft it being an anncient usuall way betwixt & ye xxiiijth of March next upon penalty of vjs. viijd.

7. Mr John Preston and Mrs Elizabeth Jenkinson yt they repaire ye pavemt adioyning to ye Barne in St Johns weend before ye xxvth of March next upon penalty of vjs. viijd. apiece.

8. Thurstan Darwen for an affray and Bloodwype on ye body of John Moxon therefore to pay vjs. viijd.
