8. The present Baliffs for not repairing ye townes fould both dore & rale and that the repaire ye same before ye seacond of ffebr next upon paine of xs.

9. John Jackson for giveing scurrilous languadge and abusing Mr Richard Taylor one of ye houselookers wthin this towne in ye execucon of his office therefore to pay xs.

10. That ye tenn pounds wch was assessed for repair of ye highways wthin this towne was not imployed by Mr Ashton & Mr Bolton according to ye appoyntmt of ye Maior and Councell.
