3. The supvisors of the Towne of Preston for not repairing the platt lyeing over the little brooke between & the Marsh and the holehouse and the highway leading from the Marsh to the holehouse, if not repaired before 24th of June next in the sume of 40s.

4. Thomas Patten Esqre for suffering his Milne Damme, upon the Marsh to goe out of repaire in the sume of 40s if the same bee not repaired at or before the 24th day of June next.

5. Chrofer Greenfeild Esqre for stopping an antient highway leading through a croft called Hesketh croft in the sum of 40s.

6. The psons following being Guild burgesses of this Corporacon and not haveing taken the oath of a Burgesse and doe amerce them in 12d apiece if they doe not take the same oath before the tenth of July next upon paine of 12d apiece.

10. These psons following for laying and continueing theire Middings to lye in St Johns weend & doe amerce them in the sume of 6s. 8d. apiece if the same bee not repaired before the first of July next.
