2. The Supervisors for not repaireing ye wayes Leading betwixt Mrs Preston and Holmes Croft. If not done betwixt ye 25th of March next to pay 1l. 0s. 0d.

3. Willm Bond for not removeing his midding in St Johns Lane. If not done betwixt ye 25th of March next to pay 0l. 03s. 04d.

4. Mr Richard Sumpner for not putting A Rayle before his Seller for want whereof people in passing and repassing in the night are in danger of being harmed if not done betwixt and 2nd of ffebruary next to pay 0l. 1s. 0d.

5. The Late Baliffs, Mr. Robt. Pigot and Mr. Daniel Dunster, for neglecting to Plant or Sett 20 plants, vizt., of Oaks, Ash, Elme, and Populor, according to an ordr made the last Gill, to to pay 11. 0s. 0d.

6. The prsent Baliffs, Mr Joseph King and Mr Jo: Balliffe that they plant or set 20 plants upon the towns Land where is most needfull betwixt the 25th March next otherwise to pay 1l. 0s. 0d.

7. These psons following, for not making their brick sizable according to the statute, vizt., 10 Inch longe, 5 Inch broade, 2 and a half in thicknesse, to pay 0l. 15s. 0d. a piece.

Presumably one of the "fishergate barrs" is intended to be "ffryergate barrs"

10. The present Baliffs that they cause such Breaches in the pavemt betwixt barrs and barrs to be repaired betwixt and first of March next otherwise pay 1l. 10s. 0d.

11. Mr Roger Sudell for suffering A midding to Lye by Cockerhole to ye Anoyance of Richard Thorpe. If not removed betwixt & 2nd february next to pay 3s. 4d.

12. Ye Supvisors for not repaireing the wayes at Lower end of Spittle Mosse if not done betwixt & 2nd day of february next to pay 2l. 0s. 0d.

13. Ye prsent Baliffs for not repaireing the Sikes and Ramper. If not done betwixt & 2nd day of ffebruary next to pay 1l.

14. These psons following for Watering theire horses at the well in fryergate, by the Red Lyon, to pay 1l-3s-4d. a piece.

17. Rich Thorpe for not scouring his ditch in the higher end of ye new hall Lane over agt Mr Werdens Land. If not done betwixt and 2nd day of february next to pay 6s. 8d.

18. Mr David Poole for not scouring his watercourse betwixt his Barne and Mr John Athertons Garden. If not done betwixt & 25th March next to pay 10s.

19. These psons following for watering horses at Minspitt well to pay 3s 4d. a piece.

20. Henry Standley for suffering his Copp to slide into ye highe way in the weend over agt Whaly Barne that he remove it betwixt & 2nd day of february next otherwise to pay 6s. 8d.

21. Ye Baliffs that they repaire ye ffishergate well betwixt and twenty fifth day of March next otherwise to pay 1l.

There is a comment in the margin "pardoned by his majesties proclamation". Presumably written by the affeerers just before the next court and as a consequence of James II taking the throne.
