2. It haveing given notice to these psons following for keeping of Inmates yt they Should remove the Same and they haveing not removed them yet wee find each of them in xxs.

John Townend for harbouring the wash woman xxs.

3. Willm Greenhalgh in xs. haveing given him notice to mend his Causey in St Johns Weend and the Same not being yett done.

4. These psons following for hedge Breakes and for carrying away of Wood from the Same to the great damage of the Inhitance of this Towne in each of them 3s 4d or punishmt according to the Mayors discrecon.

5. The Bayliffs of this Corporacon for not repairing the fryergate Barrs and the ffishergate Barrs and yt the[y] put them in repaire at or before the first of March on paine of xxs.

6. The said Bayliffes for not mending the Markett Street well & not dressing the Middle drawe well in the fryergate and that the Same be done at or before the first of March next on paying of xxs.

7. Jennet Werden for not dressing the ffishstones in 2s 6d or leave her to the Correccon of Mr Mayor.

8. Crofer Santer for not removeing an Incroachmt from before the house doore of John Singleton Sen in 6s. 8d.

9. These psons following for not enrolling theire Apprentices according to an ordr made the last Guild whereby they have forfeited for every apprentice xxs. but doe give them tyme till the first of May next for enrolling the same. Guild Order 1682
