1. The highwaies about this Towne are very far out of repaire especially the ffishergate lane, Toolketh lane, More lane and Churchgate townend and downe to Swilbrooke and wee Judge twenty marke may repaire them.

A marke or mark was worth 13s. 4d.

2. John Kay husbandman doth harbor wandering Roages and vagabones there wee find him in six shillings eight pence and for every offence for the future the sume of six shillings eight pence.

3. That they draw well in the Market place hath beene abused by some disolute person therefore that the Bayliffes doe forthwith cause it to be clensed upon payne of 10s.

4. The Copp on Peele more has been cut for a Cartway for that it is very prejudicall to the people of this Towne that goe that way therefore that those that are accustomed to maintaine and repaire that Cop doe fill up that gap and make it up as it hath beene betwixt and the fifteenth of March next on payment of 10s.

5. Henry Graystock for want of opening his ditch and plat at Tooketh yate downe to ye watercourse neare his house hath done great prjudice to the Highway therefore that he open the said plat and ditch betwixt and the eleaventh day of March next upon payne of ten shillings.

6. These psons following for not appearing at the Leet Court therefore to pay 3[s.] 4d. a peece.

7. George Eastham being noe freeman was prsented by the last Jurie Leet in the fourth prsent[ment] and was fined in ten shillings that the said fine be oprated? and for every offence for the future to pay 10s.

8. That the draw well neare Mr Rigbies Mill in the weend is very dangerous for people that passe by it that Edward Rigby Esqre set posts and Rayles about it betwixt and the eleaventh of March next on payment of ten shillings.

9. That the draw wells in the friergate market place and fishergate are very dangerous to the people of this towne. That the Bayliffes set posts and Rales about the said wells betwixt and the 25th of March next on payment of 20s.

10. [The] Syke trough in Sikehill are out of repaire that the bayliffes repaire the said trough and way to them betwixt and the first of March on payment of 10s.
