1. The Bayliffs that they repaire the Churchgate barrs, the Calls of the Marsh side, The Rampire at Davill Brigg, opening the Watercourse leading to the Syke trough at Spittle Moss, repare the Shooting butts, Sett two yates at Churchgate and ffrier gate moore end at each plane end. That they repaire the Ramper in Corker Hole the Syketrough and pavemt in Saint Johns lane before the tenth day of May.

2. The Supervisors that they repaire the Cawsways betwixt the Churchgate Barrs and Almeshouses, The Cawsaway leading to Ribbleton Moore, The High way in Newhall Lane, The Cawheay betwixt the fryergate Barrs and the Pinfould, The Cawsway betwixt Broadgate end and ffishergate Barrs, The way leading to Churchgate Moore and the Ramper upon Churchgate Moore before the tenth of May.

3. Mr Pigot and Jonathan Awdland that they scower their ditches in Ribleton Lane before the tenth of March.

4. Robert Maire that he lay a lead gutter betwixt his stable late the Inheritance of William Walmsley Barber and the Stable now in the possession of Richard Whittle before ye 10th of March.

5. Henry Gray stocke that he scowre his watercourse Adjoyning to the Marsh and make a Sufficient ditch towards the water where it was usuall to Seperate the Townes land and yt in his possession before ye 10th of March.

6. Thomas Patten Esqre That he repaire the watercourse goeing from Marsh Mill And fill up those breaches that it has occaconed on the Marsh, It being dangerous to travellers and haveing beene prsented by this Jury severall times And not yet [d]one before the tenth day of March.

7. Henry Heaton that he remove his wood lyeing in the Highway at Church Gate Towne end before ye first of March.

8. Henry Sherburne, John Kay, Richard Cowburne that they repaire the Ramper upon Peele moore before the tenth of March.

9. John Kay and Henry Sherburne that they repaire the Ramper betwixt Preston Moore and fullwood containing four woods before the tenth of March.

10. Mr Willm Patton that he remove his Rubbidge lyeing in Saint Johns lane, It being a Stoppage to the Highway before the tenth of March.

11. Mr John Chorley that he repaire his Ramper in the Sykes before the tenth of March.

12. Edward Riddyhough that he lay a plat in Howber? Nooke before the tenth of March.

13. Richard Thorpe Scowre his ditches in meadow lane before the tenth of March.

14. These psons followeing thay they Scoure their ditches in South Meadow Lane.

15. James Werden and William Walmsley of the holehouse that they open the lane opposite to Tulketh Hall before the tenth of March.

16. John Cowborne that he Scower his ditch and make a sufficient fence betwixt Edward Letherbarrows field and his lyeing above Moore Brow before the tenth of March.

17. Chrofer Walmsley that he Scower his ditch in Salter lane before the tenth of March.

18. These psons following that they put railes to their sellars. Mr Nicholas Walls three sellars, Mr John Langton, Mar Major, widdow Welshman, Mr Willm Lemon senr, John Chorley Haberdasher and Chrystopher Santer before the twenty fourth of ffebruary.

19. These psons following that they wring there Swine [and] keep them out of the Street and Church yate vizt.

20. Richard Houghton Gouldsmith for not doeing his duty upon this inquest according to oath and therefore amerce him to pay the Summe of thirteene Shillings four pence.

21. The Bayliffs that they make and Set up a pillary and set rales about the draw wells before the first of March.

22. These more for railes, Thomas Martin, James Towning to set them to their Sellars before the twenty fourth of ffebruary.

23. Mr Burch that he make a sufficient Hedge and ditch betwixt the viccarage Croft and John Woods feild called the further tenter Hey before the tenth of March.
