1. These psons following for not appearing at the Court Leet the 16th May 1690.

William Cottam, John Hardman, Chofer Pearson, John Merry, William Wamlsey Hole House and Lawrence Shepherd to pay vjd. apeece.

2. Ye Baliffes yt they sett Rayles at Minspitt ____ and repaire ye Ramper at Corker Hole and amerce them in 20s. if not done betwixt and ye first of September.

3. Ye Baliffes for not repareing the Calls on ye Marsh & the Ramper at Davell Bridge according to a former prsentmt in the ??? fines them 40s.

4. Jonathan Audland yt he lopp his Hedge and scower his Dich at ye side of the halfe Mile stone ffields in Ribleton Lane and amerce him in 6s. 8d. if not done betwixt and the first of September.

5. Tho: Patton Esqre for not repairing ye sough leading to the Marsh Millne to ye usuall Watercourse and not filling up the breaches occasiond thereby on ye marsh being dangerous to Travellers and amerce him in 10s in not done betwixt and ye first of September.

6. Ye Baliffes for Want of a pair of Stocks and not repareing the ffishstones and amerce them in 10s if not done at or before the 12th of August next.

7. Yt the fish stones are not kept Washen and clean as they ought to be wch makes them very noysome and offensive to the Inhabitants and that the Baliffes take care yt there be Tubbs for the Garbish and some person chosen to cleanse ye same forthwth and if not taken Care of to pay 20s.

8. Richard Jackson for want of A Style betwixt the Towne and Bannistr Barne adjoyning to Mr Greenfeild and amerce him in 6s. 8d. if not done betwixt and the 14th of August next.

9. Ye Supervisors yt they repaire Spitle Mosse Brow & Ribleton Lane at or before the 12th of August or pay 10s.

10. Chrofer Greefeild Esqre yt hee does not lay open the antient footway leading through A parcell of Land called Hesketh Croft according to an ordr of the Last Guild and fine him 10s.

11. George Eastham for turning a scabbed horse upon the comon and fines him in 10s.

12. Alderman Addison yt he lay open ye platt goeing to his orchard in fishergate lane and scower his ditch at or before the first of September if not done to pay 6s 8d.

13. Mr Major, Mr ffranks, Mr ffarington that they scower there ditches in ffishergate lane at or before the first of September or pay 6s. 8d. a peece.

14. THe occupyers of Lancaster meadow for not scowering the Dich and fines them in 6s. 8d. if not done before ye first of September.

15. Ye Baliffes yt they pave the Churchgate, Market Street, ffryergate and ffishergate before ye 20th of September or pay 40s.

16. Roger Mosse and Mr John Langton yt they Cutt their Hedge and paire there Copp in the ffishergate Lane neare the winde mill at or before the first of September or pay 6s. 0d.

17. Ye ffish netts for not being sizeable according to the Statute and ffine them in 5l.

18. Alderman Kelley yt he lopp his hedge and scowre his dich at Dowe bridge in Lancaster lane to pay 10s if not done by ye first of September.

19. Henry Graystocke for not scowring the Gutter betwixt Marsh and Woodhouse weind further for not makeing a dich towards the water all along ye said holme haveing been one heretofore & fine him on 20s if not done betwixt and the first of September next.

20. William Walmsley yt hee open his Watercourse in Marsh lane and scower his dich that ye water may nee carryed of and if not done betwixt and the first of September to pay 10s.

21. The Supervisors yt they repaire the Marsh Lane near the Well, the Ramper in fryer lane nere the Dye house at or before the first of Septembr or pay 10s.

22. Henry Myers, Richard Myers, Robert Whittingham for not putting in the ffeighing and Rubbish where they make there Brook and if not done betwixt and the first of September to pay 20s. a peece.

23. The supervisors for not repairing the Brow leading to Peel Moore and if not done betwixt and September to pay 10s.
