15. Chrofer Greenfeild Esqre that he doth lay open the Ancient footway leading through a pcell of Land called Hesketh Croft according to an order of the last Guild and fyne him in 20s.

16. Wee fine the Bayliffs in 1l. 6s. 8d. for that they have not sufficiently repaired the Calls upon the Marsh according to a prsentmt of the Inquest of Office.

17. Wm Townend and John Hardman for suffering theire ffamilies to turne downe theire washing Excremt and Sinders in the Streets contrary to a Guild order and fine them in twelve pence apeice.

18. The Butchers for not causeing the Shamble to be cleansed and for killing Sheepe and Calfs out of theire Shops and doe ordr that such of the Butchers as doe breake this ordr shall pay 2s. 6d. a time for every time the breake the same.

19. Robert Harrison employed by Mr Gregson, Mr Whitehead and Mr Hobson in 40s for breaking upp ground & digging sods upon the Peele Moore.

20. John Shakeshaft in 20s for turneing his horses upon the Moore not being ffree in the Towne.
