1. John Hatch for plowing up A Land Mark or bocke of Land between him and James Drinkwater, lying to the north side of the Towne, Mawdlands, [and fine] in the sume of thirteen shillings and fourpence, if not laid too againe before the first of March next.

2. William Woods for his servant Loading Clay out of the Swilbrooke Lane being prjudiciall to this footway to pay the sume of twenty shillings four pence if not repaired before the first of January next.

3. James Willasy for not repaireing A pale or ffence betwixt him and Issabell Rimer he haveing beene prsented Severall Times for the same neglect which if it be not made upp and repaired on or before the first of January next to pay the sume of 20 shillings.

4. Chrofer Greenfield Esqre, Nicholas Walls gen, Mr Jeffrey Rishton for not repaireing theire Severall hedges in St Johns Lane if not repaired on or before the second day of ffebruary to pay the sume of twenty shillings a peece.

5. William Beesley for letting one Mary Blackline? a house Shee being not ffree and harbouring one ??? an Irish man to pay the sume of five pounds.

6. John Thorpe for harbouring one Mary Wright and Ellin Coe neither being ffree and to pay the sume of twenty shillings.

7. Lawrence Cottam for setting one William Garsting and his wife (not being free) A house and pay the sume of twenty shillings.

8. William Garsting for liveing in the Towne not being ffree to pay the sume of twenty shillings.

9. Thomas Cooke for Suffering the Garbidge, bellies and other things that comes out of the Shambles to be ??? in his backside being agreat Anoyance to his neighbours to pay the sume of twenty shillings.

10. The said Thomas Cooke that he remove the miding on his backside on or before the second of ffebruary next or else to pay the sume of twenty shillings.

11. The psone following for not appeareing at this Court Leet to pay 12s a peece.

12. George Wilkin for turneing his Steepwater downe the ffryergate in the sume of twenty shillings.

13. Martin Maybury and his son in law Henry Sudell for Leaveing dead swine after the hare? floods? them in a Ditch betwixt the Barne of Henry Heaton and Margaret Walmsley in the sume of 6s. 8d. a peece.

14. The said Martin Maybury for ffleeing a dead horse and Leaving it in St. Johns Lane as also leaveing Dead Doggs, Swine and other Carron in Sevrall Ditches, Lanes and other places neare this Towne unburned in the sume of Twenty Shillings.

15. Richard Jackson for makeing a Sincke? out of his Kitchin into the Backside of Mrs Mabell Hodgkinson & Richard Maudsley in the sume of 6s. 8d. if not amended before the seconds of ffebruary next.

16. Mr Maior for Stopping a Watercourse which carried the water from Salter Laine if not opened on or before the ffifteenth of December next to pay the sume of 6s. 8d.

17. Richard Woods for not opening his watercourse or Gripp in the Greene Crofts in the sume of 6s. 8d. if not amended before ye fiffteenth of December next.

18. Mr John Loxam for an Incroachmt by a wall by him made at the ffishergte barrs and fine him in the sume of 5l. if not amended before the second of ffebruary next.

19. Mr William Cottam for setting Edward ffairclough a house he being not ffree haveing a wife and children in the sume of 20s.

20. Mathew read for harbouring Jennett Leaver being with child in the sume of 20s.

21. The Occupyers of Chrofer Woodbume house (being his house) for setting [letting] one Margaret Lucas a house, not being ffree, in the sume of 20s.

22. John Anderton, John Preston and James Porter for getting whinis on the Spittle Mosse in the Sume of 6s. 8d. a peece.

23. William Tomlinson for Suffering his wall in the backside of the house wherein Willm Woods now lives and adjoyning to Mr Athertons Garden to be out of Repaire insomuch that for want of good repaire his side wall has forced downe ye house of Ease of Mrs Athertons there also adjoyning If not repaired and made right betwixt and the second day of ffebruary next wee fine him in the sum of five Marks.

24. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Rampire at Moore yate if not done before the fifteenth of December next to pay the sume of five marks.

25. Edwar Rigby Esqre, John Birchall for not laying a new Bridge betwixt the Ox hey and Brrody fields or set a Raile Leading to Cadelly. If not done before the Second of December next to pay the sume of 6s. 8d.

26. John Hatch for suffering Tymber to lye on the Moore which if not Removed on or before the first of January next to pay the sume of 20s.

27. William Gregson Butcher for laying A miding to A wall being a great Anoyance to Mr Atherton. If not amended before the fifteenth of December next to pay the sume of 6s. 8d.

28. Mr Willm Patton that he remove his Rubish in St Johns Weend on or before the 25th of March next or else to pay the Sume of 6s. 8d.
