1. These sevrall psons following for not appeareing at this Cort Leet to pay 3s. a piece.

Rich: Kendall, Rich: Jackson, Roger Sudell sen, Edmund Kelsall, James Cooper, Henry Graystock, Symon Bullon, Willm Charnocke, Chrofer Pearson, Thomas Martin, Richard Whittle, James Townend, Willm Townend, John Hardman.

2. Willm Woods for not repaireing his ffence adjoyning to Thomas Woddicar in 13s. 4d if not repaired on or before the 24^th of June next.

3. Thomas Balshawe for not erecting a steele in ye Usuall place leading into Maudland Lane in 6s. 8d. if not erected on or before the tenth of June next.

4. These persons following for turning theire Cows and horses to Graze upon the Marsh and other priviledged pastures belonging to this Burrough, the persons undernamed not being Burgesses in ten shillinds apeece for every fault Comitted.

5. Richard Cowborne for delveing and digging of Sodds upon the Moore lying betwixt the long Clough and Whinney Slacke in ___ 40s.

7. The psons following for not erecting Styles at the usuall places leading from the Green land and up to the little laine at ye head of the heapgrave in 3s. 4d a peece if not Erected on or before the 24^th of June next.

8. John Sudell for not makeing his ffence in a Close of Ground lying upon the Moore in 40s if not done on or before the twenty fourth of June next.

9. These persons following for not Scowring theire Ditches and raiseing theire platts and lopping theire hedges in North meadow and South meadow Lane in 6s. 8d. a peece if not done or before the twenty fourth of June next.

10. Henry Graystocke for not makeing a Sufficient ditch betwixt Woodholme and the water upon the Marsh in 13s. 4d. if not done before the Sixth of June next.

11. These persons following for not scowreing theire Ditches and Cutting theire Hedges adjoyning to theire Sevall Closes in Salter Lane in 6s. 8d. a peece if not done before the twenty fouth of June next.

13. Widdow Bray for Incroaching the wast grounds at the ffryergate Townend neare the pinfould in 6s. 8d.

14. Mr Nicholas Walls for not scowreing his Ditch at his ffeild adjoyning to Swilbrook Brow in 3s. 4d. if not done before the twenty of June next.

15. Mr ffrancks for not scowreing his watercourse at the bottom of his Garden adjoyning to the Croft of Ralph Comander in 3s. 4d. if not done before the first of June next.

16. Martin Maybury for throwing dead Carron into a certaine Ditch of Henry Crooks and other places neare adjoyning thereto being a great Annoyance to persons passing on the highway in 20s.

17. These persons following for leaveing theire Carts in the open streets all night being very prjudiciall not only to the Inhabitants of this Towne but alsoe to all Strangers that travell through the same in 6s. 8d. a peece.

18. The Bayliffes for not Sufficiently repaireing the drawe Well in the ffryergate in 40s. if not done before the seacond of June next.

19. Lawrence Bray for harboureing Richard Smith not being a ffree Burges in 40s.

20. John Bayley Bricklayer for harbouring Robert Sitgraves not being a free Burges in 40s.

21. John Bayley for not repaireing his ffence leading to Spitle Mosse in 6s. 8d. if not mended before the tenth of June next.

22. John Merry for stopping the watercourse in the Water Willowes in 20s if not amended before the twenty fourth of June next.

23. Henry Turnely for removeing a Yate from an Antient place and for Stopping an Antient ffoot way in the water willowes in 20s if not amended before the twenty fourth of June next.

24. Henry Graystock for not Scowreing his Ditch and laying a sufficient Bridge at the foot of the watercourse at Rible side in 10li. if not done before the tenth of June next.

25. Evan Werden for laying the Gutts and Garbage of ffishes coming from the ffish Stones on the Back of Gin Boes Entry which is a great Annoyance to the Inhabitants there in 6s. 8d.
