5. Ye Supervisors yt they amend ye part of ye Marsh Lane neare ye well being formerly prsented in ye prsentmt of ye last Leet & if its not done att or before ye 2nd of ffebruary not onely to pay 20s formerly lade uppon them but 40s more.

6. John Woods for settinge a wood stoope in ye High way over against his house neare Tenter Hey steele & yt he remove ye same att or before ye 2nd of ffebry or pay 3s. 4d.

25. These psons following for Setting their Carts in the Street to ye greate prjudice of ye Inhabitants of this Towne to pay 3s. 4d. a peece. vizt.

These sevrall Highwayes leading to this Towne, vizt Marsh Lane, ffishergate Lane, Ribleton Lane, ffryergate Moore lane, new Hall Lane leading to ffishwicke, Tooketh Hall Lane, ye Poole? upon ye Marsh comonly Called Swansey Gutter, A new stone platt wanting upon ye Ramper on ffryergate moore, Davill Bridge, all ye end of ye Marsh, ffryer Lane & And thinks an Assessment upon this Towne for ye Sume of Sizteen pounds will be a Competent Sume to repaire ye same.

27. Ye Supervisors yt they lay a new stone platt upon the Ramper on ffryergate moore & repaire ye said Cawsey being much out of repaire & yt ye same bee done betwixt & 2nd of ffebry or pay 40s.

28. Chrofer Greenfeild for stopping an Antient High way where his house is now erected which has been heretofore presented & fyned by severall Juryes soe leave it to ye discretion of ye Maior & Councell to act as they think most fitt for regaineing ye old way.
