1. The late Bayliffe, Mr Sudell and Mr Werden that they bring or cause to bee brought to the prsent Bayliffe the poles and Iron work thereunto belonging formerly given to this Town by Cols? Rigby; And if not brought to the prsent Bayliffe att or before the tenth day of Aprill next doe fine or amerce them in xiijs. iiijd.

2. The Scavinger of this Town for not doeing the duty Incumbent on his Office, and doe fine him in the summe of xs.

3. The psons following for not repaireing theire Cawseys on the North side of St. Johns weend lyeing before their barnes which being formerly prsented and yett undone wee fine them in 13s. 4d apiece. (vizt)

4. Edward Osbaldeston that hee open the watercourse comeing out of his garden at Churchgate Towne end being a Great prjudice to the high way and If not done at or before the tenth of Aprill next doe fine him in the summe of 6s. 8d.

5. Mathew Read for letting his midding lye at ye Church gate Towne end and doe fine him in 6s. 8d. if not removed before the 20th of Aprill next.

6. The severall psons followeing that they scowre theire ditches lyeing agt theire closes in Ribleton lane and if not done before the first of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice (vizt)

7. Lawrence Bostock that hee remove the Rubbish throwne out of his ditch in Ribleton lane and if not removed before the first of May next doe fine him in 6s. 8d.

8. Thomas Lever that hee make his fence and scowre his ditch lyeing betwixt his closes and Henry Turnleys in Ribleton lane, and if not done at or before the 20th of Aprill doe fine him in the summe of 10s.

9. The Supvisors of the highwayes that they repaire the highway in Ribleton lane, the high way in new hall lane, the way at Broadgate Bridge and ffishergate lane and the rampier and high way to Swilbrooke if not done at or before the 24th of June next doe fine them in 10li.

10. The severall psons followeing that they scowre theire ditches lyeing adjoyning to their closes in New hall lane, and if not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. a piece (viz) Adam Cooper, Tho: Lever, Jo: Merry.

11. The severall psons followeing for letting theire middings lye in the highway in New hall lane and that they remove the same at or before the first of May next or fine them in 6s. 8d. a piece.

12. Henry Leach for not repaireing the house of Office at the Back of the White horse being a great nusance to Thomas Graddell and if not removed or repaired betwixt and the tenth of Aprill doe fine him in 10s.

13. Richard Cowband for letting his hedge upon the land of Mrs Wall oth? moore side and for not scowring the ditch runing from the browne Channell and if the hedge bee not removed and ditch scowred on or before the 20th of Aprill next doe fine him in 20s.

14. Hugh Gornall for watring his horses upon the Sabboth day in the Buckett at ffryergate well and doe fine him in 3s. 4d.

15. Henry Balshaw for letting his doores lye open and the fences downe betwixt the Kill yard and the garden behind his house by reason whereof Swine doe gett into the gardens of Mr Maior and Mr Hartley, and if not amended betwixt and the Tenth of Aprill next doe fine him in 13s. 4d.

16. The severall psons followeing that they sett railes to theire Celler Staires and if not done betwixt and the 10th of Aprill next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. apeice. vizt

18. The Balyiffes that they hang the Yate at Croker hole, repaires the Sike troughs, Broadgate Bridg, a hole at Stonygate bridge and top the Calls on the Marsh and if not done before the first of June doe fine them in the summe of xli.

19. The severall psons followeing that they scowre theire ditches ajoyning to theire gardens and Crofts from Corkerhole to the bottom of Sykes and if not done before the first of May doe fine them in 6s. 8d. a piece (viz)

21. John Cooke that hee repaire the stile and foot way belonging to a field now in his possession leading betwixt Sykes and broad meadow, if not done betwixt and the tenth of Aprill next doe fine him in 10s.

22. The psons followeing that they scowre theire ditches lyeing to the South medow lane and if not done before the first of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. a piece.

29. The severall psons following that they remove their middings lyeing betwixt ffishergate barrs and the almes house and that they remove the same before the first of May next upon paine of six [shillings] and eight pence apiece.

33. Mr Thomas Archer, Thomas Lever and the occupiers of Mrs Walls land for not opening of Swillbrooke adjoyninge to theire fields lyeing on the North side of Swillbrooke and if not opened betwixt and first of May next doe fine them in 13s. 4d. apiece.

34. John Kay & Richard Sherburne that they repaire the ramper and Bridges leading betwixt Cuckstoole pitt and Peele Moore that they repaire the same betwixt and the tenth of Aprill next upon paine of 20s. apiece.

35. Chrofer Jackson that he repaire the foot way leading to Swilbrooke and Set a raile to the bridge at or before ye tenth of Aprill next upon paine of 13s. 4d.
