2. The psons following (Sumoned and Returned to bee jurors) who appeared upon their first call But did not appeare upon their Call to serve as Jurors and doe Amerce them severally in Six shillings eight pence. Vizt.

3. Richard Taylor for cutting and conveying away whins from off the Comon called Peele Moore without leave of Mr. Maior or Ballives and doe amerce him in Three Shillings and four pence.

4. An ordr made by ye Inquest of Office primo ffebr ult. Wee finde and prsent Mrs. Wall of the Hyde hill for not repaireing her Cawsey on the North side of St. Johns weend and doe amerce her in the sume of fforty shillings if not done before the 1st September next.

5. Alderman Addison that hee remove his wood lyeing att ffishergate Townend at or before the first of September next upon paine of Twenty shillings.

6. Richard Jackson for not repaireing his ffence lying betwixt a Close in his possion and a Close in the possion of Mr. Luke Hodgkinson lyeing betwixt the Broome feild and near ye Peel moor & doe amerce him in Thirteen Shillings and four pence if not repaired betwixt and the 24th of August next.

7. These psons following for inhabiting within this Corporacon and not free vizt.

8. James Townend for not repaireing his cawsey in St. Johns lane lying opposite to his garden and doe Amerce him in three shillings four pence if not doen before the first of September next.

9. Isabell Carr for emptying Beast bellys and bringing other garbage into St. Johns Weend to the great annoyance of the inhabitants there And doe therefore Amerce her in Thirteen shillings four pence.

10. Nathan Barker for turning his water out of his dying leads into the ffryar lane (which formerly run within his own libertyes) being a great annoyance to all people passing that way and doe amerce him in Thirteen shillings four pence.

11. The Supvisrs for not repaireing the Cawsey and Scowering the ditches on both side Tulketh lane and doe fyne them in One pound Six and eight pence if not done before the 15th of August next.

12. The sevall psons hereafter named & All Shopkeeprs or trademen wthin this Town, haveing every of them taken one of more Apprentices wch have served them a Month and yet have not entred or Inrolls them according to an ordr of the last Guild Merchant. Therefore wee amerce them severally in Twenty Shillings a peice if the said psons doe not ??? the said Apprentices entred & inrolled before the first of September next, they haveong notice in the meane time of this or prsentmt.
