1. The severall psons followeing for letting theire middings lye att the Church gate Townend and doe order them to remove the same betwixt and the fourth of May next or fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice. vizt.

2. The supervisors of the highwayes that they repaire the Cawsey in Ribbleton lane and doe order them to Amend the same betwixt and Midsumer day next or fine them in 40s.

3. The sevrall psons followeing for not scoureing theire ditches in Ribbleton lane and doe order them to scoure the same before and the sixth day of May next or fine them in 10s. apiece. vizt.

4. Thomas Bostock Butcher that he Remove the Rubbish Throwne out of his ditch in Ribbleton lane it being prjudicial to the highway and order him to Remove the same betwixt & the fourth of May next or fine him in 10s.

5. The psons followeing for not scoureing their ditches in deaker lane and if not done betwixt and the 4th of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. a piece. vizt.

7. The psons following for not removeing their middings att Churchgate Townend and if not removed betwixt and the 5th of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. apeice. vizt.

8. Chrofer Jackson for not setting a raile at Swillbrooke att the side of the bridge over the foot way to Ribble bridge and for letting his midding lye in the way being a nusance thereto and doe order him to sett the raile & remove the midding betwixt & the 5th of May next or fine him in 13s. 4d.

9. Alderman Werden and Richard Kendall for letting their middings lye in the foot way att the bottom of the Stonygate and doe order them to remove or fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

10. John Hatch for letting his wood lye in the street in the ffryergate being very dangerous to people riding in the night and if not removed betwixt and the xth of May next doe fine him in 10s.

Mr Whitehead for the like offence by his wood in Church gate and if not removed by the tyme aforesaid doe fine him in the like sume of 10s.

12. The sevrall psons followeing for not removeing theire middings upon Spittle mosse, ffryergate Townend, back weend and St. Johns weend and if not removed betwixt and the fifth of May next doe fine them in 6s. 8d. apeice. vizt.

13. The Bayliffs that they topp the Calls upon the Marsh, mend the Syke troughs and scoure the watercourse upon Spittle mosse and mend the pinfould doore and Cuck stooll on or before the 24th of June next or fine them in 5l.

14. Thomas Addison, John Walton for letting their wood lye in the back weend and doe Order them to remove the same on or before the 5th day of May next or fine them in 13s. 4d. apeice.

15. Thomas Riley for letting his wood lye in the back weend and makeing a Saw pitt there and doe order him to remove the wood and fill upp the saw pitt betwixt & the 4th of May or fine him in 13s. 4d.

16. George Eastham and William Dolphin for keeping two great dogs att the Churchgate Townend unmusled being dangerous to people travelling on the high road and knowne to have assaulted sevrall riding that way and doe Order them to keep them musled or part wth them upon paine of 20s. each.

17. John Greenough ffarrier and Henry Wilson for not repaireing the fence lying betwixt Riding hey and Hugh Walkers garden in the ffishergate and doe order them to repaire the same on or before the first day of May next or doe fine them in 13s. 4d. apeice.

18. Thomas Addison and Evan Huson for want of scowring their ditches and lopping their hedges in ye Lane called Alley lane lyeing below the house of Correction & doe order them to doe the same on or before the fourth day of May next or fine them in 10s. each.

19. Thomas Weddicar, Thomas Goodshaw, Robt Markland, Alderman Werdens man for watering their horses att ffryergate well in the Buckett there and doe fine them in 10s. a peice.

20. The severall psons followeing for the like Offence att well in Markett place and doe fine them in 10s a peice each viz. Robert ffell the hostler att Ancker, Thomas Hindle the Ostler att George, William Tomlinson the Ostler att Henry Sheppheards and the Ostler at widdow Leaches.

21. The psons followeing for the like Offence att the ffishergate well and doe fine them in 10s. each. vizt.

Gyles Turton Captain Spencers mane, John Thornborrow, John Greenhalghs ffarrier, Mr Eastons mane and Seavill Ratcliffe the Ostlr at wheatsheaf.

22. The Bayliffs that they repaire the more Yates upon paine of 10s.

23. The Bayliffes for Letting a Middingstid lye in the back of Corkerhole yate soe that it cannot open and doe order them to remove the same On or before the fourth day of May next or fine them in Six shillings and Eight pence apeice.

24. Widdow Clifton for not cutting downe the quinsh tree hanging over Corker hole (being very offensive) and doe order her to cut down the same on or before the fourth day of May now next ensueing or fine her in Six shillings & eight pence.

25. Nicholas Pasley for letting his wood lye on the wast ground a little above Corker hole and doe order him to remove the same on or before the fourth day of May next or fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

26. The psons followeing for not scowring their ditches att the end of their severall gardens or Crofts and doe order them to cleare and scowre the same On or before the fourth day of May next of fine them in five shillings apeece. vizt.

27. Alderman Werden for not setting a Steckle? orflooks? att the topp of the litle croft and garden at ye end of ye Stony gate.

28. Richard Kendall, Alderman Werden, Mr Thomas Lodge, Mr Thomas Birch viccar, James Clayton & Mr John Chorley for letting their middingstids lye in the lane Leading betwixt the Schoole house and Aynam and doe order them to remove the same on or before the fourth day of May next or fine them in six shillings and eight pence a peece.

29. Adam Coop and Alderman Werden for not scowreing their ditches and lopping their hedges att the end of their Closes adjoining to the aforesaid Lane and doe order them to scowre their ditches & lopp their hedges On or before the fourth day of May next or fine them in six shillings & eight pence apeece.

30. James Johnson als Wasle for not opening the watercourse and Scowreing the ditch or gripp which stoppt the watercourse which runs out of the aforesaid lane neare titmouse barne and doe order him to scowre the said ditch and open the watercourse on or before the fourth day of May next or fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

31. Mr ffrancks, Thomas Goodshaw, John Sharpe, Henry Gradwell, George Birchall, Nicholas Walmsley maior, Margaret Woods widdow (of the Anchor), Alderman Lemon, Thomas Thorpe, Mr John Loxam, William Bradley, Richard Jackson, Leonard Rhoads, Mr Roger Sudell jun, Edmund Kelsall, John Woods senr, Widdow Hugellm William Bradley and John Woods senr. for not scoureing their ditches, lopping their hedges and opening their watercourses at the end and within their severall closes adjoyning to the North and South meadow Lane and doe order them severally to Cropp their said hedges, scoure their ditches and open their watercourses on or before the fourth day of May next or els to be fined in six shillings and eight pence a peece.

32. John Dawson, widdow Hugall, Mr Addison, William Markland, John Hodgkinson, William Bradley, John Greenwood Smith and Henry Wilson for not scoureing their ditches in the ffishergate lane and doe o[r]der them severally to scoure their said ditches On or before the fourth day of May next or els to be fined in six shillings and eight pence apeece.

33. The supervisors of the highwayes for letting ffishergate Lane lye out of repaire and doe order them to repaire the same On or before the fourteenth of May now next ensueing or else to be fined in fifteene shillings.

34. These psons following vizt. Alderman Addison, John Hodgkinson butcher, William Bradley, Mr Winckley, Mr Chaddocke, Mr Loxam, Mr ffrancks, Nathaniel Aytough, John Ryding, John Crooke, John Hardman, John Greenhalgh smith & George Birchall for letting their Middingstids Lye in the ffishergate lane and the ffishergate and doe order them to remove their severall middingstids on or before the fourth day of May next ensueing or els to be fined in six shillings and Eight pence apeece.

35. Evan Huson for not scoureing and oppening his ditches and watercourse in the Lane Leading from the house of Correction to the Marsh and order him to doe the same On or before the first day of May next or doe fine him in Tenn shillings.
