1. The above named Jurors doe fyne and prsent the sevrall psons hereafter named in 3s. 4d. a peece for their respective non appearance at this prsent Court Leet being duly sumoned by the Serjeant. vizt.

John Cooke, Math Etough, George Birchall, John Greenhalgh ffarr, Willm Helme, John Cowborne, George Barker, Willm Tomlinson, Alexr Gibson, Rich Crosse Tannr, Rich Gradwell son of Henry, John Kay Taylor, Ralph Commander, Thomas Birches, James Lorrimer, John Sanderson, John Mosse, Thomas Pedder, Thomas Thorpe, Henry Clayton, John Bayley jun ___

2. Mr Willm Tomlinson in 40s not repaireing his deep and dangerous meeding steed in the Tenth prsentmt menconed of the last Jury Leet And doe amerce him in that Sume if not appearing to be removed or filled up with Earth as therein ordrd he haveing had due notice thereof given him by this prsent Jury.

3. Mr Alderman Chorley (being prsented at the last Court Leet) in 6s. 8d for not removeing his wood lying in the street in the said prsentmt menconed.

4. Wee fine Alice Garlick, widdow, 6s. 8d. (being as before presented), for not muzeling her mastife Dogg, according to the dirreccon of the said prsentmt.

5. The Supvisors of this Town in 36s 8d. for not repaireing the high wayes menconed in the 7th & 8th prsentmts of the said Court.

6. John Clayton in 13s. 4s for setting his Carts in the Street menconed in the 12th prsentmt of the said Jury Leet haveing had doe notice to remove the same.

7. Mr Henry Turnley in 20s for not makeing a wall or Pale on the Backside of his house in the ffryergate adjoyning to Rimers backside or garden, the same haveing been formerly prsented and doe amerce him in that Sume if not done at or before the Twenty fifth of July next.

8. John ffranks gent & John Woods senr for not scouring their ditches as menconed in the Twelth & ffourteenth prsentmts of the last Inquest of Office and doe amerce them in 13s 4d. a peece if not done at or before the said Twenty fifth day of July next.

9. The aforesaid Bayliffes in 13s 4d for not repaireing the Bridge at Broadgate end and in ye 13th prsentmt menconed, if not done before the 25th July next.

10. Evan Hughson in 13s. 4d. for not scouring his ditch in the ffifteenth prsentmt menconed if not done before the said 25th July next.

11. Henry Bostock in the like sume for not scouring his ditch menconed in the 18th prsentment of the said Inquest of Office if not done at the said time.

12. The aforenamed Bayliffes in 26s. 8d. for not repaireing the Syk Troughes on Spitle Mosse in the 30th prsentment of the lanr Jury menconed.

13. John Helme sen in 13s. 8d. [sic] for not scowring his ditch in the 27th prsentment menconed if not done at the time afore limited.

14. The Persons following for turneing theire Geese to the Mosse and Marsh and doe amerce them in the Sum of six shillings and eight pence a peece. vizt. Mr James Clifton, Wm Walmesley of Holehouse, James Hoult, Henry Herdsley, Henry Barnes, George Bennet & John Bayley.

15. James Kitchin for not removeing his midding in the Backweend or Lane adjoyneing to his Barne there And do Amerce him in the Sum of 10s. if not removed at or before the said Twenty fifth day of July next.

16. John Walton, Richard Graystock Butcher, William Helme & Hugh Walker for not scoureing their severall ditches over agt their severall Closes next adjoyneing to the Lane called Salter lane And do amerce them in 13s 4d a peece if not done before the 25th of July next.

17. Henry Walton for cutting down a quicke wood hedge adjoyning to Eliz Guest garden and letting the fence lye open and doe amerce him in 6s. 8d. if not repaired before the 25th of July next.

18. Mr. Alderman Atherton, Mr. Alderman Chorley, Mr. Thomas Graddell, Hugh Walker, and Widdow Garlicke for letting their Middings lye in the back Weend, and also Willm Lytham for setting his carts in the Weend faceing ye Church, And doe amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peece, if not removed on or before the 25th of July next.

19. John Woods sen for not erecting a wall and putting a Rale before his cellar stares in St Johns Weend being very dangerous. And doe amerce him in 13s. 4d. if not done on or before the 25th of July next.

20. John Hatch, John Helme sen, Evan Highson and Thomas Graddell for not lopping their severall hedges next adjoyneing to the freyr Lane leading to the Marsh if the same be not lopped on or before ye 25th of July next.

21. John Greenhalgh farrier and Willm Tomlinson Inkeep[er] for not scouring their ditches lying on each side the South meadow lane over agt their Closes there in theire possion And likewise John Rhodes for not opening his plat and sufficiently repaireing the same in the said lane And do amerce them in 6s 8d. a peece if not done at or before the 25th of July next.

22. Willm Charnock showmaker (one of the Jurors of this Leet) for not giveing his attendance to this Jury & to give in the verdict with his fellow Jurors haveing doe sumons for that purpose in the Sume of 6s. 8d.

23. Willm Tomlinson Innkeep for suffering his house wall belonging to his house over agt Mr Alderman Adertons house leading to Molyneux square to be ruinous & out of repaire in soe much that the same is dangerous both to the Kings Leige people & Especially to the said Mr Atherton family and therefore do amerce him in 40s if not amended or else removed at or before the said 25th day of July next.

24. The aforesaid Jurors doe fine and present the severall tradesmen & shop keepers named in the Ninth prsentmt of the last Jury Leet who have not as yet enrolled their severall app[r]entices according to the said prsentmt. And do amerce them in the severall sume of 10s apeece if not enrolled at or before ye said Twenty fifth day of July next. vizt.
