1. Henry Bostock for not scowreing his ditch at the higher End of ffishergate Almshouse lane adjoining to Broadgate lane tho' hee had time allowed for the same till the tenth of this instant ffebruary wherefore we Amerce him to pay Thirteen shillings and ffour pence.

2. John Hardman & Wm Markland for not scoureing their ditches In the Lane leading from ffishergate Almshouse to the Sikes adjoineing to Hen. Bostocks ditch before menconed (they haveing not done the same before this day) and Amerce them in Three shillings and ffour pence a peece.

3. Mr John Bannester Govrnour of the House of Correction for not scoureing his ditch leading to the Sikes on the west side of Alley lane altho he had time allowed for the same till the Tenth of this Instant ffebruary wherefore we Amerce him in Six shillings and Eight pence.

4. The Supravisoors of the Highwayes for not repaireing the High way at ye nearer End of he new hall Lane neare the old Cookstoole pitt (the same not being done before the Sixth of this Instant ffebruary) being the Time by us Assigned nor as yet done therefore we do Amerce them in Ten shillings.

5. Ye Bayliffes of this Burrough for not gripping ye Sikes at Spitle moss for want of which ye Sikes were much dampnified & made useless And haveing allowed time untill ye 10th Instant for doing the same under the paine of Six shillings Eight pence wee now finde the same done, Therefore the Amercemt is Discharged.

6. Wm Walmsley of the hole house got removeing a peece of Timber layd in the high way to turne ye water at ye Lower End of Spitle moss leading to the Marsh wch was to the great prjudice of ye said highway And if he made not satisfacton therefor, instant we amerced him in Thirteen shilings and four pence wee are Informed Satisfacton is made But if it pr[o]ve otherwise ye Amercemt to stand.

7. The psons following for their non appearance at ye Court Leet holden the Twenty Second of October last past haveing severally had due notice and warneing of that Court and doe amerce them in Three Shillings and four pence a peece.
