My numbering

1. All the Occupiers of the Land yt leads up the Lane behind Helme Stile at the furthest end of the Croft for not Seting a Yate as has been formerly if not amended before the tenth of Augt next do fine them respectively in the sume of Six Shillings Eight pence a peice.

2. John Clayton & Randle Sherlecarr for seting their Carts & leting them in the night time in the Streets & do amerce them for the sd offence in 3s. 4d. a peice.

3. The Supvisors of the highway for not laying a bridge over Graystock brook for wch offence they have been formerly prsented & nothing done therefore Wee ffine them in thirteen shillings & four pence.

4. Thomas Richardson for not repairing his fence at the Croft in Moor Lane & if not amended before the tenth of Augt next wee amerce him in three shillings & four pence.

5. Edwd Bond for geting Whins on Preston Moor and do amerce him for the same in 13s. 4d.

6. James Noblet for not removing his house of office at the higher end of the Back Weend both being Noysome & Offensive to most of the Inhabitants of the Burrough of Preston and do fine him for the Same in twenty shillings.

7. Alice Moss Widow for harbouring Jennet Borray & Ann Graystock and Ann Dobson for harbouring idle & Scandelous persons & do fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

8. Alice Graystock for harbouring Robert Inglish and his wife & other psons & do fine her for the same in six shillings & eight pence.

9. Mr Alderman Addison, Mr James Clifton and Richd Cowband for not laying their Bridges and not seting their Stiles in the Way leading from Walshman Brow to the Marsh Mill if the same be not amended before the fifteenth of Augt next, wee amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

10. Mr Hodges for not seting a Stile in yt part of the ground wch he hath in the Mawdlands leading from Spittle Moss if the same be not done before the 15th of Augt next wee amerce him in three shillings and four pence.

11. The psons following for not keeping their Mastiffe dogs muzled, Richd Bray, Tho: Higham, Lawrence Piccup, Wm Cumerall, ffrancis Higham & Henry Parr and do ffine them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

12. Mr James Clifton & Wm Walmsley for keeping their Geese upon the Marsh and do amerce them in twenty shillings a peice.
