My numbering

1. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Cockerhole. If not done before the meeting of the next Jury Leet we amerce them in xs.

2. John Singleton & Thomas Astley for Middings near the Schoole house. If not removed as above mencd we amerce then in five shillingss a peice. Fisher Gate Lane

3. Henry Bostock for not opening his plat & ditch to the great damage of the Highway near the Almes house in the ffisher Gate. If not done within the time limited as above we amerce him in xxs.

4. Mr Winckley prsent Mayor, Mr Stanley, Edwd Beadley, Wm Melling & Wm Hodgkinson for laying their Middings in the Lane. If not removed within the time beforesaid We amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

Within Fishergate Barrs Wee present.

5. John Hardman, James Hodgkinson, Henry Hayes & William Bradley for laying their Middings there. If not removed as above We amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

6. Thomas Stringer for Seting his Cart in the Street in the night time & do amerce him in 5s.

7. Dr ffarington for not seting a rail at his Cellar Staires & Henry Rowbotham for the like. If not done as above we amerce them 6s. 8d. a peice.

8. Evan Huson, Henry White, William Sclater, Wm Abbot, Mrs Mary Martin & Mrs Wall for not seting Rails at their respective Cellar Stairs & if not done as above we amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

9. John Colly for want of railes at his Cellar Stairs & if not done as above We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

10. Randle Sherlicarr for seting his Cart in the street & do amerce him in 5s.

11. John Jameson, Widow Graystock, Robt Gurnall, Stephen Pearson & Henry Leach for laying their Middings near the Barrs. If not removed in the time above we amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

12. The Bayliffes for not repairing Davell Bridge & for not repairing the Cawls on the Marsh. If not done as above we amerce them in 10s.

13. The Supvisors of the highway for want of a Bridge at Graystock Brook. If not done as above We amerce them in Six shillings Eight pence.

14. The Bayliffs for not repairing the Rampier at Moor Yate. If not done as above We amerce them in 6s. 8d.

15. William Hatch & Hugh Gurnall for not seting a Rail at the side of the Bridge 'twixt Preston & Hatch Mill. If not done as above We amerce them in 6s. 8d.

16. James Noblets Tenant for a house of office in Salter Lane being a great Nusance to the Neighbourhood. If not removed as above we amerce him in xs.

17. Richard Jackson for a Midding there. If not removed as above We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
