1. The psons following for laying their midings in Cockerhole Lane & do ordr them to be removed before the next Cort Leet or do fine them in 3s. 4d a peice. vizt.

Broadgate Lane. We present George Birchall for laying a Midding & not opening a ditch at Spring head.

Mr Winckley for not opening his ditch in a Close late in possession of Dr Holbrooke. Jame Green for not Scouring his Ditch & Thomas Bancks for a Midding.

Henry Bostock for not opening his Ditch near the Almeshouses to the great prjudice of the high way & not being done tho formerly prsented we do amerce him in 13s. 4d.

3. Mr Addison, Mr Winckley, Mr Chaddock, Wm Hodgkinson and John Hardman for laying their Middings in the ffisher Gate Lane & if not removed by the time aforesaid, We do amerce them in three shillings and four pence a peice.

4. The psons following for laying their Middings within the ffisher Gate Barrs if not removed within the aforesd do amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice. vizt.

5. Wm Shaw joyner for laying Wood in the Street called ffishergate and Jane Horrocks and John Parr for want of Railes at their Cellar Staires & do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

6. Randle Sherlicarr & Henry Barker for leting their Carts Stand in the Street called the ffryer gate in the night time.

7. John Jameson, Robt Gurnall, Mr Gradwell & Evan Huson for laying their Middings in the ffryer Weend & behind the Fryer Gate Barrs.

8. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Calls at the Marsh if not done before the next Cort Leet do amerce them in forty shillings.

9. Mr Atherton, John Walton for not scouring their Ditches in Slater Lane.

10. The psons following for laying their Middings in the Church Gate & Ribleton Lane.

Wm Lytham, John Slater, John Cowborne, Robert Heath, Wm Gooden, Widow Slater, Geo: Merry, John Rhodes, Henry Heaton, George Eastham & Mr Whitehead & do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.

11. Dr ffarington, Mr Sudall, Mr Langton, Mr ffoster, Geo: Merry & Henry Heaton for not Scouring their ditches in Eger Gate Lane & do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

12. Mr Hodgkinson & Mr Lemon for not Scouring their Ditches in New Hall Lane & do amerce them in 3s. 4d.

13. The Supvisors of the highways for not repaireing the foot Rampier in the Marsh Lane and the Cawsey at the nearer end of Spittle Moss wch if not done in the time first mencd We do amerce them in ten shillings.

14. John Bayley for laying Rubbish and Muck in the high way near Spitle Moss and Richard Gradwell Wheelwright, Henry Parr and Dorothy Cummerall for laying their Midding near the pinfold and John Birchall & Mr Kitchin for their Middings in the Back Weend.

15. Mr ffrancks for not Scouring his Ditch betwixt Mr Shaw & him at the end of Aram Banck if not done within the time before mencd we amerce him in xs.

16. Richd Gradwell wheelwright & John Clayton for not scouring their Ditches adjoyning to these Crofts yt lead to South Meadow Lane. If not done by the time aforesd do amerce them in xxs.

17. John Cook for removing a Stile at the bottam of Crook't Acre if not restored & set in the same place within the time above mencd We do amerce him in xs.
