7. The Supvisors of the high ways for not repairing the Rampier upon Spittle Moss if not done in five days time We do amerce them in four pounds.

8. Mr Alderman Sudell for erecting a house of Office is an Annoyance and Nusance to Mr Werden if not removed and allowed in five days time We do amerce him in forty shillings.

9. Mr Thomas Higham for an Incroachmt at his Garden hedge upon Joseph Tomlinson if not removed in five days time We do amerce him in fifty shillings.

10. Richard Cowband for not Scouring his ditches and making his ffences betwixt his ground and Mr Thomas Gradwell lying near the Marsh side. If not done in ten days time We do amerce him in xs.

11. Hugh Walker for not cleansing the way and not lopping and copping his hedges in the footway called tenter Hey if not done in six days time we do amerce him in five shillings.

12. John Walker for not repaireing two Bridges & a Stile leading to the Hole house if not done in fourteen days time We do amerce him in xs.

13. Henry Greenalls for cutting Gorse or Whinns on Preston Moor and do amerce him in xs.

14. The psons hereundr written for not enrolling their Apprentices according to the Guild Ordr in the behalf and do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
