2. David Browne for not Scouring his Ditch near the Almeshouse in ffisher Gate Lane. Wm Short and Mr Alderman Sudell for not Scouring their Ditches in Broad Gate Lane and do amerce them in Six Shillings Eight pence a peice.

3. George Merrey for not paveing the Cawsey along his house and Barne and do amerce him in thirteen Shillings and four pence.

4. The Severall persons following for Suffering their Swine to go into the publick streets & Comon High Ways within this Town & Burrough being a Comon nusance and do amerce them in ten shillings a peice.

7. Mr Alderman Lemon for not laying a Plat at his field at Church Gate Moor Brow and amerce him in 6s. 8d.

8. Mr Thomas Martin and Richard Cowband for not repairing the Bridge going or leading to Daw Banck & not making a Sufficient Raile & do amerce them in twenty shillings.
