Ellis Guest, John Haworth, John Thorpe, John Slater, Ralph Gregson, George Merry, John Rhodes, Henry Heaton and William Lytham for laying their Middings at the Church Gate Townend to the prjudice of the High way if not removed before the first day of April next We do amerce them in iijs. 4d a peice.

2. Henry Parr for not Scouring his Ditch betwixt him and Thomas Kilshaw lying in Peelhall ground and if not done before the first of April We do amerce him in vjs. viijd.

3. Mr Richard Langton for not Scouring his ditch in Egar Gate Lane as also Dr ffarington and Mr Sudell for not Scouring their ditches in the same Lane and if not done before the said first day of April We do amerce them in three shillings four pence a peice.

4. The Supvisors of the High ways for not repaireing Ribleton Lane, Newhall Lane, and the Cawsey in Swillbrook Lane and for not seting a Rail at Swill brook plat and for not opening the plat on the Syle Hill and for not repaireing the ffishergate Lane leading as far as the South meadow Lane and ffryer Lane leading to the Marsh and if not done betwixt and next Court Leet We do amerce them in xs.

5. The Bayliffes of this Corporation for not repaireing the way leading to Church Gate Moor and for not repaireing the Cuck stole and Mr Bushell for not repaireing the Way at Stone Style leading from Mince pit Weend to Avenham and if not done before the next Court Leet We do amerce them in forty shillings.

6. The Bayliffes of this Corporacon for not Cawling at the Marsh whereby a great pte thereof is frequently taken away occaconed by Cawles on the other side of the River and if not done before the next Court Leet We do amerce them in ten pounds.

7. Alderman Lemon for not making a platt at his Lands adjoying to the Peel Moor for want thereof the Water ly on the Peel Moore And if not done before the first of April next we do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

8. Mr Chorley and Mr Whitehead for not repaireing their platts in Salter Lane and if not done before the first of April next We do amerce them in three shillings and four pence a peice.

9. Oliver Hatch and Edwd Read for not Scouring their Ditches in Salter Lane and if not done before the first of April next We do amerce them in iijs. iiijd. a peice.

10. Mr Whitehead for laying a Midding in Salter Lane and if not removed before the first of April next We do amerce them in 3s. 4d.

11. Hugh Walker for not Scouring his Ditch over agt his Garden in Salter Lane and if not done before the first of April next We do amerce him in 3s. 4d.

12. Mr Gradwell, John Sumner, Thomas Sudell and James Green for laying their Middings in St Johns Weend and if not removed before the first of April next We do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.

13. Mr Langton and Mr Gradwell & Mr Alderman Sudell for laying Tymber in St Johns Lane and if not removed before the first day of April next we do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.

15. Richard Cross and Richard Cowling for laying Middings on Spittle Moss and if not removed before the first of April next We do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

16. John Bayley for an Incroachmt at his Garden on the Moss end and if not removed before the first of April next We do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

17. Richard Dicconson for laying his Midding in the High way near the Pinfold. Henry Parr, William Arkwright, Dorothy Cumerall, Mr Alderman Lemon, James Harrison and James Kitchin for laying their Middings in the High Way at ffryar gate Town end; In the back Lane leading from thence to St Johns Lane and John Walton for laying Wood in the Same Lane if not removed by them before the sd first day of April next. We do amerce them severally and respectively in 3s. 4d.

18. Mr Recorder and Adam Cooper for laying Middings at Cocker Hole to the prjudice of the Way if not removed before the first of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.

19. John Chorley Gent for laying a Miding on the Syke Hill if not remove before the first day of April do amerce him in 3s. 4d.

20. David Browne for not Scouring his ditch in Almeshouse Lane if not done before the first of April do amerce him in 3s. 4d.

21. Thomas Winckley Gent and Thomas Woodburne for not mending the Foot way at Broad meadow and suffering stoops to stand in the way to the inconvenience & hurt of psons coming to the Market and if not amended before the first day of April next We do amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

23. David Browne for not scouring his ditch in North Meadow Lane. John Wignall and Thomas Bancks for not Scouring their ditches leading to Davell Bridge and if not done before the first day of April next we do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

31. Mr James Clifton for erecting a Brick Wall at the end of his new house at the Marsh being an Incroachmt & if not removed before the first of April We do amerce him in 20s.

32. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Butts at Spittle Moss and do amerce them in 6s. 8d.

33. Roger Sudell Gent., for an Incroachmt upon Stanley Werden Gent., at the bottam of the Orchard belonging to the house now in the possion of John Parr on the East side of th Orchard If not removed before the first of Aprill next We do amerce the sd Mr Sudell in the sume of fifty shillings.
