1. The Supvisors & Bayliffes of this Town for not laying a sufficient plat for Cart & Carriage over the Channell at the Church Gate Barrs, the same being dangerous to the Carters & other psons riding & carting yt way As also for not repairing the Cart way & foot way in Corker Lane leading from Church Gate Barrs to Mr Boltons Barne the same being very much out of repaire & prjudiciall to the Inhabitants passing & repassing that way And do amerce them in five pounds if not done by the second of ffebruary next.

2. Mr William Bushall for not repaireing the Stone Stile at the bottam of Mince Pit Weend & not causeing the Water course there to be Scoured the same obstructing the passage leading to Avenham And do amerce him in twenty shillings if not done in a Months time.

3. All the Butchers yt Slaughter in the Shops in the Shambles & laying the Gutts & blood of their Beasts & other Catle in the public Street of this Towne being very nauseous to the Neighbourhood & do amerce them in Severally in 3s. 4d.

4. Edward Bond, Chrofer ffogg & John Hoole for geting severall great quantities of Whinns upon the Moor without leave & do amerce them in Six Shillings Eight pence apeice.

5. Henry Viccars, Robert Salter & Thomas Jackson for not repairing their Railes in the ffould adjoyning to the Chirch Gate Barrs Suffering their Catle to pass through that way yt are bought & sold within this Town to the prjudice of the public Tolls belonging to this Corporacon and do amerce them in vjs. viijd. a peice.

6. Thomas Pennington for not Scouring his ditch in ffisher Gate Lane leading to Broad Gate being a Great Annoyance to the High way & do amerce him in xxs.

7. Mr Alderman Sudell for the like fault in the Same Lane and do amerce him in xxs.

8. Thomas Watson for not Scoureing his Barne Wall standing in the Back Weend being ready to fall & very dangerous to all psons passing yt way and do amerce him in xxs. if not done in a Months time.

9. Richard Stanley Esq., James Hodgkinson, John Cook & George Birchall for laying their Middings in the Streets & do amerce them in Six shillings eight pence a peice.

10. Henry Rowbotham, Mr Thomas Seed, Thomas Greenhalgh & Wm Lytham for their Middings in the Streets & do amerce them in vjs. viijd. a peice.

11. Thomas Hodson for an Eaves Dropper & do amerce him in Six Shillings Eight Pence.

12. David Browne for not Scouring his Ditch near the ffisher Gate Almes house and do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence.

13. These psons following for washing Potatoes, Bellys & Gutts at the Pumps to the prjudice of the Neighbourhood getting water for their Famileys use. vizt.
