5. Richard Cowband, John Cross, William Arkwright and Richard Cowling for not scouring their ditches and for not making platts and Stiles in their ground at the Marsh and if not done betwixt & the second of April next We do amerce them in forty shillings a peice.

6. Mr James Clifton for building a Wall at his house end at the Marsh thereby stopping the Boundaries if not removed on or before the second of April next do amerce him in twenty shillings.

7. Richard Cowband for not Scouring his ditch betwixt the litle Daw banck and him & do amerce him in 3s. 4d. if not done on or before the second of April next.

8. Richard Cowband and Henry Barnes the younger for want of a Raile at a litle wood Bridge over Graystock Brook if not done on or before the second of April next we do amerce them in 3s. 4d.

9. John Walker for want of a Stile & plat in his ground leading & if not done before the second of April next we do amerce him in 3s. 4d.

10. The Supvisors of the High way for not repaireing the way at Spitle Moss and for not rampering & making platts in Ribleton Lane if not done before the Court Leet We do amerce them in 40s.

11. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Cuckstoole pit & ramper at the Church Gate Moor Yate and We do amerce them in ffifty shillings if not done before the second of April next.

12. The Bayliffes for not Cawling at the Water Side if not done before the first of May next We amerce them in 10li.

13. John Woods for geting Sodds upon the Moor without lycence or leave and do amerce him in ten shillings.

14. The severall persons following for not Scouring their ditches & not making their platts in the Severall Lanes within this Town & the liberties thereof hereafter mencd if not done by the second of April next. We do amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

17. Mrs Winckley & Thomas Woodburn for not reparing the way before their ground at the Water side if not done before the second of April next We amerce them in twenty shillings a peice.

18. The psons following for not Seting Railes to their Cellar Staires & if not done before the second of April next We do amerce them in Six Shillings Eight pence a peice. vizt.

21. Mr Hunt the Collectr for not Scouring his ditch & making his fence betwixt his field and James Drinkwater in the ffisher Gate Lane if not done before the twenty fifth of March next, We do amerce him in twenty shillings.

22. John Colly for not Scouring his ditch & repairing his ffences betwixt Richard Brays Garden and his ground in Moor Lane if not done before the twenty fifth Instant do amerce him in 20s.
