3. The Bayliffes for not providing a good Clock at the Townes Hall & if not done before Michaelmas next do amerce them in 2li.

4. The Bayliffes for want of a Cuckstoole at the usuall place if not done before Michaelmas next do amerce them in 3s. 4d.

5. Thomas Bramwell for turning a Scabbed horse upon the Moore and do amerce him in vjs. viijd.

6. The following psons for entertaining lewd, idle and disorderly people. vizt. John Greenough farrier, David Brown & Widow Greenough and do amerce them in xxs. a peice.

7. Thomas Woodburne, Richard Burton, William Place and John Chambers the present houselookers for neglecting to make returns of the Inmates in their respective divisions & do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

8. The Supvisors fo the Highways for not repairing the footway betwixt the old Dye house and Alley Lane end in ffryer Lane if not done betwixt and Michaelmas next do amerce them in vjs. viijd.

9. Mr Thomas Rishton for a place made to lay dung in near Patten feild being near the High Way and dangerous to persons yt pass yt way & if not filled up or railed out before Michaelmas next do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

10. The psons for not appearing and giving their attendance & doing their Suite & Service at this Cort Leet as they ought to do being duely Summoned for yt purpose & do amerce them in 2s. 6d a peice.
