2. David Browne for not Scouring his ditch lying near the end of the ffisher Gate Almes house whereby the water has not its due passage but lyes to the prjudice of the High way and do amerce him in three pounds.

3. John Key and Widow Richardson for not Scouring their ditches in the said Lane called ffisher Gate Lane and do amerce them severally in ten shillings a peice.

4. James Hodgkinson for not opening his ditch in the ffisher Gate Lane undr the platts there & do amerce him in ten shillings.

5. The Bayliffes fo this Corporacon for not provideing a Cuckstoole and do amerce them in fifty shillings.

6. John Greenough ffarrier, David Browne, Anne Greenough, Widow Newsham and Widow Hatch for harbouring lewd, idle and vagabond psons, We amerce them seperately in thirty shillings.

7. Mr Mayor, Mr Recorder, Mr Lawrence Wall & John Woods for not mucking and manureing the ground where they got sods upon the Moore to be done forthwith, We amerce them Seperately in Six shillings Eight pence.

8. Mr Richard Cowband for laying Clay in the Street near the Brown Channell in the ffryergate We do amerce him in ten shillings.

9. Mr William Hayhurst for laying his Wood & Timber in the High way in the ffryar Gate near Richard Whittles and amerce him in ten shillings.

10. The Severall persons following who exercise the Trade of a Butcher & Kill meat in the Comon Shambles in Preston aforesaid for laying their Gutts & Garbage in the Comon Streets being a public nusance and do amerce them Severally in three pounds a peice.
