1. John Colly for not filling up the Hole or place near Patten field, persons being in danger of breaking their Limbs and other misfortunes that may happen by reason of the said Hole and do amerce him in ten shillings.

Thomas Watson for not repairing the North end of the house where John Barnes now Inhabits and dwells adjoyning to the Comon High wayes road in the back Lane or Weend near unto the Given Croft persons being in danger of their lives in passing and repassing that way and do amerce him in ten shillings.

3. The psons following for Inmates & if not removed in two months time do amerce them in five pounds a peice. vizt.

James Rawlinson, Ann Holliday, son & daughtr of John ffells wife by her first and second husbands, John Simpson & his wife and five children, John Shaw & his wife and five Children, James Lawrenson and wife and four Children, Thomas Penington, John Seed, Alexr Browne, John Sumner, John Carter, Richard Rowbotham his wife and five children, Mary Weane supposed to be with child, Henry Woodruffe, John Caton, Ellen Haterfield widow, widow Royle, Elizabeth Nanguales & one young woman in the house with her.

4. The Butchers for not removing their Garbidge, Dirt and other Stuffe in the Shambles to the annoyance of the Town if not made clean every week each Butcher amerced xs.

5. The Bayliffes for not drawing the Waters of the Marsh if not done before the Eleventh of September next do amerce them in xs.

6. The psons following for not appearing & doing Suite & Service at this Court Leet as they ought to do being duely summoned & having no leave from Mt Recorder to excuse their absence And do amerce them in two shillings Six pence a peice.
