12. Wm Carter for turning his goods to the Comon belonging to this Burrough; he being not a free man & do Amerce him in 40s.

13. Henry Barnes & Stephen Pearson Pinders for Suffering horses, Geese & other goods to goe upon the Marsh & in neglecting their Office, & do amerce them 3s. 4d.
