3. John Colly for laying a Miding in St Johns Street also for want of a Stile going into Tenter Hey and do amerce him in twenty shillings if not removed and a Stile Set on or before the second of ffebruary next.

4. William Lytham for Stopping the Watercourse at his Garden near the Stile going into the Whittakers if not opened & his ditch Scoured on or before the second of ffebruary next We do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

5. The Supvisors for not repairing Ribleton Laine We amerce them in five pounds if not done at or before the first of March next.

6. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Well in the Church Gate over against Bullen Smithy and the Railes going into Cockerhole if not done on or before the Second of ffebruary next do amerce them in forty shillings.

7. That the Church Gate, ffryer Gate, ffisher Gate Streets and the Market place are very much out of Ordr & repair if not amended & repaired on or before the first of March next We do amerce the Powers in the Sume of six pounds.

8. The Bayliffes for not Cawling at the Marsh and the Rampier in the Marsh Lane out of repair if not done on or before the first of March next We do amerce them in the Sume of twenty pounds.

9. John ffell and Ann Greenough Widow for harbouring & entertaining lewd & idle people, vagrants & vagabonds & keeping disorderly houses and do amerce them each in the Sume of three pounds.

10. Roger Charnock for not laying a platt over the brook leading to Balshaw Croft if not done before the second of ffebruary next do amerce him in twenty shillings.

11. Mr William Wall and Thomas Johnson for not seting Railes before their Cellars in the Market Street if not done at or before the second of ffebruary next, We do amerce them in 13s. 4d a peice.

12. The Bayliffes for not repairing pts of the Market Street wch doth not belong to the Pavor and suffering water to ly in the Holes to the prjudice of the pavemt if not amended on or before the second of March next, We do amerce them in five pounds.

13. Mrs Ann Heaton for not repairing the Cawsey that Leads to Cuckstoole pit if not done on or before the first of March next do amerce her in six shillings Eight pence.

14. Wm Place for erecting a Porch at his house in St Johns Weend without the leave or licence of Mr Mayor & the Councel and for doing do amerce him in twenty shillings.

15. The Supvisors of the High ways for not repairing the Bridge at Broadgate end if not done on or before the second of March next do amerce them in vli.

16. The Supvisors of the Highways for not amending New Hall Lane if not amended at or before the first of March next do amerce them in 40s.

17. Charles Holecroft for breaking up the pavemt in the Market place and do amerce for it in twenty shillings.

18. The psons following for not Scouring their ditches adjoyning to the ffisher Gate Lane being a great prjudice to the Highway. vizt.
