4. John Cook for laying Clay in the Street and doe amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

5. Maddm Winckley, Mr Alderman Gradwell, Henry ffisher, William Winnard, James Keightley, Wm Baldwin, Mr Roby, Mrs Sudall, Thomas Sill, Robert Walshman, Mr Wm Cooper, Robt Hall for not repairing their Cellar Rails and do amerce them in vjs. viijd. each.

6. William Parkinson Gentleman for laying Timber in the back Weend to the Annoyance of the Street and do Amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

9. The prsent Supvisors of the highways for not Repairing the highway betwixt Churchgate Barrs and the Almshouse and do Amerce 'em in 13s. iiijd.

10. Peter Taylor and John Newsham for not opening and Scouring their Watercourses at the side of Broadgate lane to the prjudice and damage of the highway and do Amerce them in vjs. viijd. severally.

11. Wm. Gregson and Hugh Gurnall for laying Daub in the Street and suffering the same to continue there to the Annoyance of the Inhabitants & do Amerce them in iijs. iiijd. each.
