1. Wm. Gradwell, Esqre. prsent Mayor of this Burrough for laying a Midding in ye back Weend to ye annoyance of ye Street & do amerce him in xs.

2. Mr William Wall for suffering rubbish to lye before his new built house in the back Weend & for not setting rails to his Cellar Stairs in the Market place to the dangr of his Majties Liege people and do Amerce him in xxxs.

3. Mrs Sudell Widow for not putting Rails before her Cellar Stairs in Churchgate to the danger of the Inhabitants & other his Majties Liege people and do amerce her in vjs. viijd.

4. Wm Gentleman for not railing before his Cellar Stairs in Cheapside to ye annoyance of ye street & dangr of his Majties Liege people & do Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

5. Mrs Mary Prescott for not setting rails to her Cellar Stairs in the Market place and do amerce her in 6s. 8d.

6. Thomas Birch, Mr William Parkinson & Mrs Franck for not Scouring the Watercourses or cleansing their ditches on the back of John Woodburnes Killn and do Amerce 'em in 6s. 8d. each.

7. Thomas Molyneux Esqre for suffering a Nuisom Dunghill to be laid in his Wood Yard in the back Weend very offensive and in dangr of rendring the Air infectious to his Majties Leige people And do Amerce him in ten pounds.

Thomas Parr, who being duly appointed one of the Viewers of fflesh and ffish within the Burrough of Preston, at the prsent Leet, did in a very obstinate and contemptuous Manner refuse to take upon him the Execucon of the sd Office and peremptorily denyed the taking his Oath for that purpose & do Amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

9. Mrs ___ Winckley for not setting rails to her Cellar Stairs at the old Coffee house adjoining to the street to the dangr of his Majties Liege people and do Amerce her vjs. viijd.

10. Thomas Sudell, Nicholas Kellet, William Parkinson gen, Thomas Greenough, William Rawstorne Esq., William Place, John Coulborne, Charles Holcroft, Hugh Clitherall, Geo: Wignall, Francis Bramwell, Edward Leatherbarrow, George Rishton & John Rydeing severally and respectively for laying Middings & Dunghills in the Street to the Annoyance thereof And do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. severally.

11. Joseph Barnes for obstructing and diverting a Watercourse & for not Scouring the ditch adjoining to Mrs Peploes Garden and do Amerce him in twenty shillings.

12. Wm Hardman, Tho Kellet, Robt Duckworth and Henry Fisher for laying tymber in the highway before ffryergate Barrs to the annoyance thereof & do amerce 'em severally in vjs. viijd.

13. Anne Serjeant & Robt Gurnall for laying Middings in the Street near ffryergate Barrs & do amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

14. John Colley for not repairing the lane adjoining to his Garden & do Amerce him in twenty shillings.

15. Thomas Richardson for not Scouring a ditch belonging to a field he Enjoys adjoining to ffishergate lane Whereby the high way is overflowed & prjudiced and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

16. Robt read for not Scouring his ditch near Spittle Moss whereby the highway there is annoyed and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.
