4. Wm Gentleman for not railing before his Cellar Stairs in Cheapside to ye annoyance of ye street & dangr of his Majties Liege people & do Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

5. Mrs Mary Prescott for not setting rails to her Cellar Stairs in the Market place and do amerce her in 6s. 8d.

6. Thomas Birch, Mr William Parkinson & Mrs Franck for not Scouring the Watercourses or cleansing their ditches on the back of John Woodburnes Killn and do Amerce 'em in 6s. 8d. each.

7. Thomas Molyneux Esqre for suffering a Nuisom Dunghill to be laid in his Wood Yard in the back Weend very offensive and in dangr of rendring the Air infectious to his Majties Leige people And do Amerce him in ten pounds.

Thomas Parr, who being duly appointed one of the Viewers of fflesh and ffish within the Burrough of Preston, at the prsent Leet, did in a very obstinate and contemptuous Manner refuse to take upon him the Execucon of the sd Office and peremptorily denyed the taking his Oath for that purpose & do Amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.
