2. Benjamin Barker laying two Middings or Dunghills in Cockerhole to ye Annoyance of the highway and if not removed in ten days do Amerce him in Ten Shillings.

3. Richard Myers ye Postmaster for neglecting to Scour his ditch adjoining to the highway near ye Vicaridge Whereby the highway is annoyed, Overflowed and prjudiced and if not done in a Months time do Amerce him in ten shillings.

4. The several Occupants of grounds on Each side of the North and South Meadow lanes and also George Graystock, William Hudson, Mr Stanley Werden, Robt Helme and David Browne, Occupants of grounds adjoining to Fishergate lane all within this Burrough for not opening and Scouring their ditches belonging to their respective Lands in each of the sd lanes whereby the highway there is very much Annoyed and prjudiced and if not done in a Months time do Amerce 'em in Thirteen shillings four pence severally.

5. David Browne, Henry Watson, John Calland, William Greenough & John Thornton Esq., for laying Middings in Fishergate lane to ye great Annoyance of the highway and if not removed in ten days do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

6. Lawrence Shakeshaft and Robert Gurnall for setting their Carts in ye Streets to ye great peril and danger of his Majties Leige people passing and repassing in the night time and a great Annoyance to the sd Streets and do amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

7. John Hardman, Ralph Hollinhead and Geo: Birchall for laying Dunghills in Fishergate lane to ye great Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days time do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

8. John Cook for not repairing the Rampart at the Bottom of and if not done in a Months time do Amerce him in xxs.

9. Mr Richard Langton for Annoying the highway by laying Wood & tymber at ye end of the Almshouse at the bottom of Churchgate. Willm? Hardman and Henry Fisher for the like at the end of Churchgate Moor & if not removed in ten days do amerce 'em in xs. Each.

10. Mathew Sharples for laying garbage and Shambles Muck on the Moor near this Town Which is noisom, offensive & a Comon Nusance and do Amerce him in five pounds.

11. Geo: Dicconson, Wm Astley, John Allen, Widw Bailey, Stephen Ellot and John Bailey for fleeceing the Comon and do Amerce 'em in xxs. Each.

12. James Lever and Richard Poole for Laying Dunghills in Salter lane to the Annoyance of the highway and if not removed in ten days do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

13. Francis Bramwell, John Singleton & Mr Mayor for laying Middings in the lane leading up to the tyth Barn to the Annoyance of the highway and if not removed in ten days do Amerce 'em in xs. Each.
