2. Geo: Rishton, Robt Walshman, Thomas Burton, Jane Pilkington & John Carter for laying Middings in the Streets & highways of this Town & if not removed in the time aforesd do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd.

3. Thomas Greenough and Wm Rawstorne Esq. for the like Offences in the back Weend & do amerce 'em each in vjs. viijd.

4. John Birchall, Lawrence Pemberton, Joseph Platt, David Brown, Wm Lorrimer & John Hardman junr for severally Laying Dunghills in Fishergate and the lane below the Barrs and if not removed in ten days do amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. Each.

5. Robert Sympson for laying Wood & tymber in the back Weend to the Annoyance of the Street and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

6. David Brown for not setting Rails to his Sellar Stairs at his house in Fishergate & Wm Southcotte for not setting Rails to his Cellar Stairs before his Shop in Church both Which lye open Uncovered to the peril and danger of his Majties Liege people & if not done within the space of ten days do amerce 'em Each in xs.

7. Charles Holcroft, Mr Henry Fisher, Thomas Aldred, Widw Gurnall, Joseph Gurnall and Richard Loxam for severally laying their Dunghills in Fryergate to the annoyance of the Street and do amerce 'em each in vjs. viijd.

8. John Gregson for laying a Dunghill in the Street and do amerce him in vjs. viijd.

9. The Several Occupants of the Gardens & Lands Adjoining ye Sykes in possion of Mr Thornton for neglecting to open and Scour their Ditches & to make up their ffences And ordr the same to be forthwith done or we Amerce each pson makeing default in vjs. viijd.

10. Ellen Arkwright Widw for Stopping & obstructing an Ancient foot way and passage thro' the back side of the house where she lives into the back lane And ordr the same to be forthwith laid open to be used as heretofor or we Amerce her in ten pounds.

11. Geo: Clark for neglecting to repair the hedge or ffence betwixt his Garden and the Garden in possion of Thomas Townley Esq. which he ought to repair And do Ordr him to repair the same in ten days or We Amerce him in xs.

12. Wm Charnock Shoemaker for neglecting to put Rails to his Cellar Stairs adjoining the Street Which lye open & uncovered to the danger of his Majties Liege people And do ordr him to put Rails thereto in ten days or Amerce him in xs.
