2. Richard Ward ffor laying a Dunghill below Churchgate Barrs to the annoyance of the highway and if not removed before the 1st of May next do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

3. John Kitchen and Thomas Watson ffor laying Dunghills before there houses in the Street and Suffering the Same to Continue there as Comon Nusances and if not fforthwith removed do Amerce 'em in 6s. 8d. Each.

4. William Harrison ffor annoying the Street and highway by laying his Tymber in ffryergate and if not removed in a Month - do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

5. The said William Harrison ffor laying Rubbish in the street and Suffering the same to Continue there as a Comon Nusance and if not removed in a Month do amerce him 3s. 4d.

6. John Daniel ffor laying a Dunghill in ffryergate which annoys the Street and Order him to remove the same in a Month - or amerce him in 6s. 8d.

7. The Occupants of Mr James Drinkwaters house in ffryergate ffor permitting and using a Boghouse at the Backside of the said house to the annoyance of Edward Riddihough the next Neighbour and do order the same to be fforthwith removed of amerce him in 20s.

8. Thomas Singleton ffor placing 3 swine Troughs and David Brown ffor laying a Midding in ffryergate to the Annoyance of the Street and if not removed in a Month do Amerce them each in 6s. 8d.

9. Robert Helme, George Osbaldeston and Edward Wilkinson ffor neglecting to open their Ditches adjoining their respective grounds in house of Correction Lane to the Annoyance thereof and if not done or before 24th of June next do Amerce 'em severally in 20s.

10. Edward Wilkinson ffor placeing and Continueing his Carts in the Back Weend to the annoyance of the highway and a Comon Nusance and do Amerce him 6s. 8d.

11. William Whalley, William Graystock, John Whalley, Charles Holcroft and Mr Henry ffisher ffor severally Laying Dunghills in the highway to the great annoyance thereof and do Amerce 'em Each in 6s. 8d.

12. Mr Evan Wall ffor neglecting to open his ditch at the West side of his ffield called the Intack adjoining Blackhurst ffield whereby the Watercourse is obstructed and the highway Leading to Holmes Slack very annoyed and predjudiced and if not done before 1st May do amerce him in 20s.

13. Roger Charnock ffor not opening Ditches adjoining the Raw? Moores? whereby the Watercourse is obstructed and if not done on or before 1st May do amerce him in 10s.

15. Robert Hall Taylor ffor makeing use of a Boghouse at the end of his house in Cocker hole which lyes open and a Comon Nusance and amerce him in 20s.

16. Nicholas Starkie Esq., the said Robert Hall, Benjamin Barker and John Bains ffor Severally Laying Middings or Dunghills in the Land Leading ffrom Cocker hole to Avenham to the annoyance of the way there and if not removed on or before the 1st May next do Amerce 'em each in 6s. 8d.

26. Thomas Riley ffor laying Wood and Tymber in the Backstreet to the Annoyance of the highway and do order the same to be removed on or before the 1st May next or amerce him in 6s. 8d.

27. The Supvisors of the highways ffor not Laying a Platt over the Watercourse in the Back Lane Leading ffrom the pump at the higher end of the Back Weend towards the Tyth Barn and do order the same to be sufficiently Done on or before the 24th day of June next or amerce 'em in 40s.

28. Ralph Commander ffor not opening and Scouring the Ditch on the South Side of his Garden near the place usually Called ffeeble Street and ffor Stopping, obstructing and annoying the Sough Betwixt the said Ditch and the lane leading to the tyth Barn by makeing use of a Boghouse So that the Excrmts ffall into the sd Sough and obstruct the Watercourse which occasions a Comon Stench and Nusance and do order the said Ditch to be Scoured and Sough opened on or before the ffirst of June next or amerce him in 40s.

29. The Occupants of Several houses or new buildings usually Called ffeeble Street ffor not opening and Scouring the Ditch at the West end of their respective Gardens Whereby the Watercourse there is obstructed and do order them severally to open and Scour the same Sufficiently on or before 1st June next or amerce 'em Each in 3s. 4d.

30. David Brown ffor Enclosing or Causeing to be enclosed a piece of ground in the Comon ffields or Grounds near the River? overgainst the Stakes which has usually lain open and in Comon and do amerce him in 5li.

31. The Bayliffes of the Corporation ffor Suffering Minspitt Well to go out of Repair and do order them to amend the Same on or before 1st June next or amerce them in 13s. 4d.
