1. Joseph Platt and Lawrence Pemberton for setting their Carts in the highway to the annoyance thereof and for continuing the same there & Do amerce 'em in iijs. iiijd. Each.

2. John Cook for laying Rubbish before his house in the ffishergate to the Annoyance of the Street and high way there and if not removed in ten days do Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

3. Ralph Hollinhead for annoying the Street and highway by laying Ashes before his house in the Fishergate and if not removed in ten days do Amerce him in one Shilling six pence.

4. Ellen Arkwright for not setting a Stile.

5. Roger Crane for that he being Sworn of this Inquest hath neglected to meet his fellow Jurors or to perform his duty & do Amerce him in 5s.

6. Edwd Wilkinson for suffering tymber to lye in the Ditch adjoining Davil Bridge Whereby the Watercourse there is Obstructed & the highway thereby Annoyed and prjudiced and if not removed in six Days do Amerce him in vs.

7. Mr Henry Fisher and Thomas Aldred for Annoying the highway by laying Timber in the the highway below ffryergate Barrs & if not removed in six days do Amerce 'em in five shillings Each.

8. Mr Wm Shackleton, Mr Richd Prescott, Mr John Ravald, Mr James Derbyshire & Mr Tho: Astley for severally placeing and continueing their Casks in the Streets of this Town to the Annoyance thereof and if not removed in Six days time do Amerce in five Shillings Each.

9. John Derbyshire and Thomas Richardson for neglecting to Scour their Ditches in broadgate lane Whereby the highway is annoyed and prjudiced & if not done in fourteen days do Amerce 'em in xiijs. iiijd. Each.

10. Edwd Wilkinson, Richd Poole and Cuthbert Nixon for neglecting to open and Scour their Ditches Adjoining the Marsh near Davil Bridge Whereby the Watercourse there are obstructed & the highway Annoyed and prjudiced and if not done in Six weeks from the time of delivering in this our verdict We Amerce 'em in xxs.
