1. The Bayliffes of the Corporation of Preston for not repairing the pinfold & we do Order the same to be repaired in ten days or amerce them 20s.

2. Widow Leaver, John ffox, Tho ffellows, George Singleton, John Seddon, Roger Myers, John Winckley Esq. severally for lying dunghills in the Street near the Chutchgate Barrs in Preston to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days amerce them each 10s.

3. John Walshman, Robt Hall, William Bains, William Latham severally for Laying dunghills in St John's Weend in Preston to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days we Amerce them each ten shillings.

4. Widow Myers & Widdow Heaton for laying there Dunghills in feeble Street in Preston to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days Amerce them Each twelve pence.

5. Jane Pilkinton, Peter Taylor, John Shakeshaft, William Johnson, Tho Greenhalgh, Wm Rawsthorne Esg., William Walls gen, Byron Starkey Esq., Madam Molyneux, Ralph Crompton, Widow Kighley & Tho: Sudall for Laying Dunghills in the Back Street Preston to the Annoyance of the highways if not removed in ten days we amerce them each ten shillings.

6. The Bayliffes for not Erecting a Sufficient pair of Stocks in Market place in Preston if not done in then days we amerce them ten shillings.

7. Thomas ffoster Esq. for not having rails to his Cellar which Lye open to the great danger of his Majties Leige people if not done in ten days we amerce him five shillings.

8. John Thornton Esq. for not Scouring his ditch at the bottom of Minspit Weend to the Annoyance of the highway & if not cleansed in ten days we amerce him five shillings.

9. Mr John Preston, Mr Luke Astley, Mr James Darbyshire, Mr Tho Astley, Mr John Ravald, Mr Richard Prescott & Mr William Shackleton fo[r] severally setting Cawles in the Street to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed upon notice amerce them each ten shillings.

10. John Arkwright for want of rails to his Cellar Stairs which Lye open uncovered to the great danger of his Majties Leige people if not done in ten days we Amerce him three shillings & four pence.

11. The Scavenger for not doing his duty in Cleaning the Streets. If not done in 10 days amerce him twenty shillings.

12. William Harrison for not taking away the Rubbish from his Door in the fryergate in Preston to the Annoyance of the Street if not done in 10 days we amerce him three shillings & four pence.

13. Ben: Cardwell for Letting wood Lye in the Streets in Preston to the Annoyance of the highway if not removed in ten days we amerce him three shillings & four pence.

14. George Hollyday, Edwd Redihalgh, Nathan Barker, John Cook, Ann ffairclough, James Jameson, Geo: Osbaldeston, David ffisher, Robt Higginson, William Graystock, David Brown, Widow ffisher, Charles Holcroft, Mr John Cumbrall, Henry Barns, Joseph Gurnall, ffrancis Battersby severally for Laying dung near the ffryergate Barrs in Preston to the Annoyance of the Street & highway there & if not removed in ten days wee Amerce them each three shillings & four pence.

15. The Bayliffes for not repairing the butts on the Moss. If not done in 40 days we amerce them twenty shillings.

16. John Newsham, Widow ffisher, Roger Walshman, Richard Taylor & Wm Tippon? for Laying dung in the backlane in Preston to the Annoyance of the highway there & if not removed in ten days we amerce them each three Shillings & four pence.

17. Mr William Hardman for Laying timber in the Back lane to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days we amerce him three shillings & four pence.

18. Chr. ffogg, Wm Nelson, James Crook & Richard Poole for not Cleansing their Watercourse at the End of their Garden to the Annoyance of the highway & if not rectifyed in ten days amerce them each three Shillings & four pence.

19. Mr William Harrison & Richard Birtinshall for Laying wood Cross the foot path in Baxters Croft to the Annoyance of the highway & if not removed in ten days amerce them each three Shillings four pence.

20. John Walne for not Cleansing the watercourse on the back of Mrs Molyneux Stable to the great annoyance of the highway. If not cleansed in ten days amerce him thirteen shillings & four pence.

21. Joseph Platt, David Brown, Lanclot Butler, Mr Wm Hardman, Wm Lorrimer, Mr Richard Asheton for laying dung, wood & Rubbish in ffishergate Lane to the great annoyance of the highways. If not removed in ten days amerce them Each in five Shillings.

22. The Bayliffes for not repairing fishergate Barrs. We order the same to be repaired in ten days or amerce them twenty shillings.

23. Severall psons within this Burrough who are Inhabitants & Resiants within this Town & owe Suite & Service to this Court Leet & have neglected to appear at this Court after due notice & do amerce them Six Shillings & Eight pence severally.
