2. John Winckley Esq., William Lorrimer, Lawrence Pemberton, Isaac Cross, Joseph Platt and John Cook for severally laying and continueing Dunghills in Fishergate Street to ye Annoyance of the highway And do amerce them in ten shillings Each.

3. Mr Richd Ashton for annoying the highway in Fishergate Lane by laying of Dung and for continueing the same there after notice to remove it and do amerce him in ten shillings.

4. Ye Bayliffes of ye Corporacon for not repairing ffishergate Barrs.

5. Geo: Osbaldeston, Francis Battersby, Charles Holcroft, Thurstan Walsh, Wm Walmsley, Joseph Gurnall, Widow Barker and Peter Farley for severally Laying Dunghills in the Streets and Highway of this Town and continueing the same there to the great Annoyance thereof And do Amerce them in xs. Each.

6. Richard Brewer for laying Ashes in the Street and a Dunghill in the highway below ffryergate Barrs and continueing the same there to the great Annoyance of the highway and Amerce him in xxs.

7. Widow Kitchen for annoying the Street and highway in Fryergate by laying and continuing Rubbish there and for neglecting to put rails or Covers to her Cellar Stairs and if not done in fourteen days Amerce her xxs.

8. Mr Anthony Devis and Mr Henry Parr for laying and coninueing Rubbish in Fryergate to the great Annoyance of the Street and highway and do Amerce 'em in xs. Each.

9. Thomas Sill for annoying the same street & highway by Laying and continueing Large Stones there after Notice to remove them and Amerce him in xs.

10. ______ Frank widow for neglecting to put rails or Covers to her Cellar Stairs in Fryergate Which lye open to the danger and peril of his Majties Liege people and Amerce in xs.

11. Wm Bushell Esq. for the like Offence at the house in possion of Mr Tho: Toulmin - xs.

12. _____ Parkinson widow for the like Offence at White horse in possion of Dorothy Phipps widow - xs.

13. John Newsham for the like Offence at his house in Fryergate - xs.

14. Benjamin Cardwell for Laying Wood and tymber in the Street to the great Annoyance thereof And do amerce him in ten shillings.

15. Thomas Watson for straitning and annoying the highway in the back lane by setting Stoopes and laying Stones and Rubbish there and continueing the same there after notice to remove the sd Annoynaces and do Amerce him in xls.

16. James Johnson, William Shaigh, Richard Shaw and William Greenvile Esq. for severally Laying and continueing Dung and Rubbish in the back Weend or Street to the Annoyance therof And do Amerce them in xs. Each.

18. Thomas Woodcock for annoying the highway by laying Wood and tymber at the bottom of Churchgate And amerce him in xs.

The highway in Preston Leading from Churchgate Almeshouse to the head of the Brow Leading into Ribbleton Lane to be Much out of repair And do order the Surveyors of the Highways in Preston to repair and Amend the same sufficiently on or before the first of May next or we Amerce them in ten pounds.

20. George Singleton for Laying a Dunghill in the highway at the bottom of Churchgate and continueing the same there after notice to remove it to the great Annoyance of the highway and do Amerce him in xs.

21. John Wilson, Duncan Wright, Mr John Walshman, Robt Gurnall, William Keighley, Gilbert Leatherbarrow, Alice Waller widoe, David Brown, Henry Farrington Esq. and William Place for not railing their Cellar Stairs which lye open to the Streets and Uncovered to the great danger and peril of his Majties Leige people passing and repassing thro' the said Streets and do amerce them severally in xs.

22. Robert Abbatt for laying and suffering Rubbish to lye in the Street near the Market house to the great Annoyance of the Street and for putting Sharp pikes into the Cellar Lids or Covers to the Cellar Steps there which are dangerous to his Majties Leige people and also for neglecting to Cover the Cellar Windows on the East side of the said building and if not done in fourteen days do amerce him in iijli?.
