Charles Holecroft for laying a large Midding or Dunghill in the highway below ffryergate Barrs to the great Annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days we Amerce him in five pounds.

James Harrison for laying a Midding or Dunghill in the back Lane to the great annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days we amerce himin 20s.

Wm Duckworth for the like offence and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 20s.

John Wilson for not hanging a Gate before the Cellar Steps in his possession which lye open to the great danger of his Majties Leige people & if not done in ten days we amerce him in 20s.

Thos Watson and John Colly for not Scouring and Cleansing the Back lane and if not done in ten days we amerce them in 20s.

Mrs Parkinson & Wm Rawstorne Esq., for severally annoying the Highway with Middings and if not taken away within ten days after notice we amerce them in 20s severally.

Thos Greenhalgh for laying a Great Stone in the back weend whereby the Street and Highway there in annoyed and if not removed in a week after notice we amerce him in 20s.

Mrs Molyneux for laying Clay and other Rubbish in the backweend to the great annoyance of the Street and Highway and also for Suffering two pair of Cellar Stairs there to lye open & uncovered & if not done in ten days we amerce her in 20s.

Alice Dolphin, Henry Bailey, James Cowell & William Simpson for Laying a Midding and rubbish in the feeble street Whereby the Highway there is annoyed and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce them severally in 20s.
