The Bayliffs of the said Burrough for not repairing the ffishergate Barrs and the platt there and Several other places in the Streets in this Town Which they ought to do and if not repaired within ten days after notice we amerce them in forty shillings.

Lawrence Pemberton, William Lorimer and Mr Richard Assheton for Severally Laying Middings in the Highway to the Annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce them in five Shillings Each.

Richard Walton for not having a rail to his Cellar Stairs under John Townends Shop. Madam Molyneux for not fixing pales or rails. And Thomas Parr Innkeeper for not having a rail to his Cellar Stairs at his house in fryergate Adjoining the Streets of this Town to the Great peril and danger of his Majesties Liege people passing and repassing thro' the said Streets and if not Sufficiently done in ten days after notice hereof we amerce them in ten Shillings Severally.

Mr Wm Harrison for laying or Causing Rubbish to be Laid in the Street in fryergate whereby the Highway there is annoyed and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce him in two Shillings and Six pence.

Wm Thorpe for the Like Offence & if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce him in 2s. 6d.

Ellen Read widow, William Burton, ______ Clark Widow, Mr Peter Pedder, Edward Ridehalgh, _____ Serjeant Widow, _____ Exectrs of Mr Henry ffisher and Howorth for Severally laying Middings in the Streets in this Town and thereby annoying the Highway & if not removed in ten days we amerce them in five Shillings severally.

Mr John Walshman for not Cutting a Hedge wch hangs over & annoys the Highway near Joseph Bray's Garden & if not done in ten days we amerce him in 20s.

Lawrence Thorp, John Kay and Richard Simpson Severally for the like Offences in the Backweend & if not done in ten days we amerce them in ten Shillings a peice.

ffrancis Battersby, John Newsham, Roger Walshman, James Harrison, William Duckworth, Esther Townsend, Madam Sudell, Richard Shaw, Mr John Winder, Richard Hodgkinson Cooper, James Rawnson?, Stephen Ellet, Richard Sudell, Thomas Burton, Mr John Welshman, Wm Baynes, Madam Molyneux, John Pilkington, Thomas Green, Richard Waring, Wm Rawsthorn Esq., Thomas Johnson for severally laying Dunghills and Annoying the Street & Highways in this Town with wood, Stones and Rubbish and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce them in five Shillings Severally.

Mrs Parkinson, David Brown, Henry Cowburn & John Wilson Grocer for neglecting to rail or Cover the Cellar Stairs in their respective possions to the great danger of his Majties Leige people passing and repassing thro' the Streets & if not railed or Covered in ten days after notice we amerce them in five shillings severally.

Madam Molyneux for Suffering a Little house or Bog house to Lye open so near the Highway That the same is a Common Nusance & if not Taken away or Sufficiently covered in ten days after notice we amerce her in 40s.

Robert Hall & Joseph Bramwell for Annoying the Streets & Highways by setting Carts therein if not taken away in ten days after notice we amerce them in 5s each.
