David Brown for annoying the highway and laying Rubbish in Fishergate Lane.

Thomas Parr Butcher and Thomas Richardson for the like Offence by laying Rubbish on Spittle Moss to the Annoyance of the highway.

Charles Holcroft, Robt Duckworth and John Whalley for severally laying Dunghills in the highway at the bottom of Fryergate to the great Annoyance thereof.

Wm Tipping for ye like Offence by laying Rubbish in the back Lane.

John Colly for not Opening the Watercourse through his Garden Whereby the highway is Annoyed.

The Bayliffes of this Corporation for not repairing the Well at Avenham Stile and also for neglecting to repair the pump at the higher End of the back Weend and the Market Street Well as likewise for neglect of duty in not repairing the Cawsey or pavement from the Mitre to the Town Hall and for not Opening the Watercourse at Cockerhole whereby the Street is annoyed And also for not repairing Davil Bridge.
