1. James Gregson for laying a Dunghill in the House of Correction Weend And if he does not remove the same in Six days after notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

2. John Wakefield for not repairing the Cellar gate at his House in the ffryergate now in the occupation of James Townend but suffer the same to lye open and uncovered to the great peril and Danger of his Majestys Liege People passing and repassing there And if he does not repair the same in ten Days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

3. Edward Hodgson for leaving the Cellar Window belonging to the House now in his possession uncovered Whereby the people passing and repassing thro' the Street are in great danger of Bodily harm and if he does not cover the same same in ten Days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

4. Edward Whitehouse and John Bond for laying their Ashes in the Backweend And if they don't remove them in Six Days after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

5. Roger Scarisbrick for laying a Muck Midding in the Back Weend whereby the Street and Highway there is greatly straitned, Annoyed and Obstructed And if he does not remove the said in Six Days after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

6. Mr Richard Meadows for turning the ffoot road adjoining to Salter Lane head. If he does not alter it on ten Days We amerce him in 20s. 0d.

7. Thomas Place for laying a Midding in Saint John's Lane whereby the Street and Highway there is greatly straitned, annoyed and obstructed And if he does not remove the same in six Days after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

8. William Cross for not Cutting the Hedge at the North West End of the Close of Ground in his possion which adjoins to Ribbleton Lane By which the Highway there is very much Straitned, Annoyed and Obstructed And if he does not cut the same in six Days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

9. James Shakeshaft for not cutting his Garden hedge which adjoins to the said Close whereby the Highway there is greatly straitned & obstructed And if he does not cut the same in six Days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

10. Mr Thos Alsop for not repairing the Cellar Rails belonging to the House in his possion And if he does not repair the same in ten days after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

11. Ann Walker for leaving her Cellar Windows open and uncovered Whereby the People passing and repassing thro' the old Shambles are in great Danger of receiving some bodily harm And if she do not cover the same in six Days after Notice We amerce her in 6s. 8d.
