John Winckley Esq., for not scouring his Ditch from the Fishergate Barrs to the Almshouse And if not done in two Months time after notice We Amerce him in Six shillings and Eight pence.

Mr Edwards Shorrock Chandler for want of a cellar lid to his cellar stairs at his house in ffishergate which he has suffered to open and uncovered to the great danger of all the Inhabitants of the said Borough and other his Majesties Subjects passing that way and if he do not cover the same in six weeks after notice We amerce him in three shillings and four pence.

The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Pump near Mr Hardman's house in the ffryergate And if they do not repair the same in two months after notice We Amerce them in Six shillings and Eight pence.

Mr Richard Assheton for want of a Cellar Lid at his Warehouse in the Backween which he has suffered to lie open and uncovered to the great Damage of all the Inhabitants of the said Borough and other his Majesties Subjects passing that way. And if he do not Cover the same in Six Weeks after notice We amerce him in three shillings and four pence.

Margin note "This warehouse fell lose to the Town the 20th June 1749."

The Bailiffs for not opening and repairing the Watercourse in Cockerhole And if they do not open and repair the same in two months after notice We Amerce them in Six shillings & Eight pence.

The Repesentatives of Lady Petree for not raising & repairing the Causeway about fifty yards or thereabouts from Clappyates to Swillbrooke And if the same in not raised and repaired in two months after notice We amerce them in Twenty shillings.

The Bailiffs for not repairing the Pump at the upper ond of the Backweend which has been out of repair some years to the great loss of all the Inhabitants in that part of the Town And if they do not repair the same in Two Months after notice We amerce them in ffive guineas.

Mr Thomas Eastham as Representative of Mr Bold for not repairing the Causeway and making a channel to carry off the water before his Houses near Cockerhole. And if the same is not done in two months after notice we amerce him in Six shillings and Eight pence.

Bartholomew Duckworth for not opening his Watercourse in Colley's Garden and is he do not open the same in two Months after notice We amerce him in Six shillings and Eight pence.

The several occupiers of the Gardens adjoining to the Sykes. vizt

Rigby Molyneux Esq., John Winckley Esq., Mr Gilbert Woosey and Mr John Bolton for stopping and obstructing the Comon Shore and Watercourse there by throwing into the said Watercourse the Weeds of their Gardens and other Rubbish Whereby the Comon footway along the side of the said Watercourse is much washed away and straitned and obstructed. And if the said Nusance is not removed in Six Weeks time after notice We amerce them in Six shillings and Eight pence each.
