1. The Scavinger for not taking the Dung out of the Streets.

2. Thomas Olford, Andrew Wilkinson, Mr Nicholas Walmsley & Mr John Bolton for severally laying their Dung in Fishergate Whereby the Street & Highway there is very much annoyed Straitned & Obstructed; And if they do not sevrly remove the same in Ten Days after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

3. Henry Singleton for laying Dung in the Fryergate and if he don't remove the same in 10 Days after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

4. The several Occupants of the Dwelling houses from the Brown Channel up to the Dwelling house in possession of William Parker if not paving and repairing the Causeway adjoining to their respective Dwelling houses & if they dont repair the same in 10 Days after notice We amerce 'em in 6s. 8d. each.

5. William Duckworth, Thomas Grundy and Thomas Place for severally laying their Dung in the Back Weend Whereby the highway there is greatly annoyed, Straitned & obstructed & if they don't remove the same in 10 Days after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

6. Mathew Talbot for not repairing the Causeway adjoining to his house in the Backweend.
