4. Mr Lancellot Butler for the like Offence at Horrabins Smithy And if he do not remove the same in Two Days after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

5. Mr Lancellot Butler for bringing a Stop? too farr into the Street at the House in Fishergate near Mr Luke Astleys And if he do not remove and regulate the same in ffour Days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

6. Mr John Hudson for want of a Cellar Lid at the house in his possession And if he do not repair and fix up such a Lid or a sufficient Rail or Fence before the said Cellar in Four Days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

7. Mr Edwd Hodgson for want of a Board & two Cellar Lids at the House in his possession & if not done in Three days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

8. Grace Anderton for want of a Lid at the Cellar in her possession and give her the like time to do the same or Amerce her in 3s. 4d.

9. George Ryley for making a Saw pitt to near the Street in Churchgate and do order him to fill up the same in Three Days after Notice And if he do not fill the same up in that time We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

10. Ann Goodshaw for laying her Ashes and Rubbish in the Street near Churchgate Barrs And if she do not Remove the same in Two Days after Notice We Amerce her in 13s. 4d.

11. Thomas Place for laying a Midding in the Back Weend And if he do not remove the same in ffour days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

12. Rigby Molyneux Esq. for suffering the Cellar Steps at the House near the Green Man to lye open to the Street And if he do not cover the same in Five Days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

The Green Man was a public-house in the Back Weind. Subsequently the license and the name were transferred to a house on the south side of Lord-street, between Lancaster-road and Cheetham-street. This was closed, as a public-house, on October 10th, 1894.

13. Mr Woosey for want of Cellar Lidds at the House late Widow Johnsons Which if not done in Six Days after Notice We amerce him in 3s. 4d.

14. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Causeway in Saint John's Lane and also the Pump at the top of St. John's Lane & if the same be not repaired in Six Days after Notice We Amerce them in 6s. 8d.

15. John Rhodes for suffering his Swine to go loose in the High Road in Fryergate and Trespassing on his Neighbours in the Mawdlands which if not taken proper care of and kept according to Law or if [there] are more Complaints after Notice hereof We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

16. John Chetham for not laying a Board over his Cellar Step and if not done in Four Days after Notice We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

17. Mr Alderman Prichard for the Like offence at his house and give him the like time to do the same or Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

18. Mr John Wilson for laying his Hogsheads in St John's Lane thereby Straitning and Obstructing the Street and Highway there And if he do not remove the same in one day after Notice We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.

19. Mr John Nooks & Richd Waring for sevlly laying there Middings in St John's Lane And if they don't remove the same in 4 Days after Notice We amerce them in 3s. 4d. each.

20. Mr Nicholas Parker for not repairing the pavemt at his House in Fryergate and if he do not repair and amend the same in Six Days after Notice We Amerce him in 3s. 4d.
