2. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not keeping in repair a Platt leading out of the Church Street into the Cocker Hole. If not repaired in a Month after Notice We amerce them in 10s.

3. Edmd Starkie Esq., for not opening and scouring a Watercourse adjoining to his Barn in Cockerhole by reason whereof the Cockerhole is often overflowed And if not remedyed in 14 days after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.

4. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not putting up a Horse stone in the Comon ffields over against the Boat House. Also for not keeping in repair a Platt at the bottom of ffishergate Lane if not repaired in a Month after Notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d.

5. Edwd Whitehouse and Isaac Cook for not severally making a small Ditch alongside of their Meadows in the Fishergate Lane to prevent the Water from overflowing the said Lane & if they do not severally do the same in three weeke after Notice We Amerce them in 5s. each.

6. John Whittle, Thomas Alsop, Mr Coate, Mr Walmsley, Mr John Bolton, Mr Luke Astley and Rigby Molyneux Esq., for severally laying MIddings in the Fishergate and if they do not sevlly remove the same in 14 Days after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

7. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Channel opposite Mr Dearden's in ye Fryergate.

8. John Anderton, John Barker, Thos Walton & the Tenants of Timothy Bourn of Euxton for laying their Middings in the House of Correction Lane and if they do not Respectively remove the same in 10 Days after Notice We amerce them in 5s. each.

9. Mrs Addison of Kellet for pulling up a Stile and obstructing a Comon ffoot Road leading from the House of Correction Lane over the Fields to the Mill on the Marsh. If the said Style be not out down in ffourteen days after Notice We amerce her in Twenty one shillings.

10. The Supervisors of the Highways for not laying a Platt at the bottom of the House of Correction Lane & also for not repairing Lower End of Spittle Moss.

11. William Morris for laying ??? Balks? and fixing his Troughs in several places upon ye Marsh and for subverting the Soil in the said Marsh with the wheels of Carts and other Carriages for which We amerce him in 30s.

12. Thomas Sharples for laying Timber in the highway at the End of the Marsh and for making a Saw pit upon the said Marsh and if the said Timber be not removed & Sawpit filled up in 14 days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

13. Thomas Jameson for Erecting a Cart Hovel upon the Marsh if not taken down in fourteen days after notice We amerce him in 5s.

14. Henry Walmsley for laying a Midding in the Lane over against the Pinfold And if he do not remove the same in fourteen days after notice we Amerce him in 5s.

15. John Newsham for laying his Dung in the Backlane. If not removed in 14 days after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

16. John Smith, James Edmundson & Nicholas Wall Esq., for laying their Middings in the Backweend and if they do not severally remove the same in 14 days after notice We amerce them in 5s. each.

17. George Singleton for laying his Smithy ??? in the Backweend and if not removed in 14 days after notice We amerce him in 2s. 6s.

18. Mr Woosey for laying a Midding in the highway at the bottom of Churchgate. If not removed in a Month after Notice We amerce him in 10s.
