Presentments : —

1. Mr Roby for laying Rubbish in the Cockerhole and if he do not remove the same in Six Days after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

2. Robert Parker Esq., for the Offence in the same Place and if he do not remove the same in the like Time after notice We amerce him in the like sum.

3. The Bailiffes of this Borough for not repairing the Brickwall which adjoins to the Comon Shore into Cockerhole by means whereof and for want of such Repair the Watercourse is Stopped up And if they do not repair the same in three Weeks after notice We amerce them in Twenty shillings.

4. Mrs Chorley for want of a Platt at the bottom if Avenham brow going into the Comon Cap and also for not opening and scouring the Watercourse between the said Field and the Corner Cap by means whereof the Comon ffoot road is very much prejudiced and frequently over flowed and if she do not lay down a Platt there and open and scour the said watercourse in Ten Days after Notice We amerce her in Ten shillings.

5. We also present her for want of a Platt between her ffield and the Broad Meadow and if she do not lay down a sufficient Platt there in Ten days after Notice We amerce her in Ten shillings.

6. Mr Thomas Beckett for want of Two Platts, the one between his Field and the Broad Meadow, the other going out of his Field to the Foot road to the Boat; And if he do not lay down the said Platts in Tne days after Notice We amerce him in Twenty Shillings.

7. Issabel Hudson Widow for laying a Muck Midding in the Fishergate Lane at the bottom of Spring head and if she do not remove the same in Fourteen days after notice We amerce her in Five shillings.

8. The Company of Grocers, for laying several Loggs of Wood in the Fishergate Lane, whereby the King's Highway there is very much straitned and obstructed, and if they do not remove the same imediately on Notice We amerce them in Ten shillings.

9. The Supervisors of the Highways for not repairing the Fishergate Lane from the Barrs to the bottom of the Spring head and for not fixing down Stoops to preserve the Foot Causway there and also for suffering persons unknown to the Jurors to lay Rubbish in the said Lane and if they do not well and sufficiently repair the said Road, fix down the said Stoop and remove the said Rubbish on or before the ffirst of June next We amerce them in Thirty shillings.

10. Mr John Wilkinson for laying a Muck Midding in the Fishergate Lane opposite to the Washing Pool and if he do not remove the same in Ten days after Notice We amerce him in five shillings.

11. Adam Ward for laying Wood in Two places in ffishergate Lane and if he do not remove the same in Three Days after Notice We amerce him in Five shillings.

12. William Young, Mr Cook, Mr Luke Astley, Mr John Bolton for severally laying their Muck Middings in ffishergate Lane a little below the Barrs and if they do not severally remove the same in Ten days after Notice We amerce them in five shillings each.

13. Thomas Hummer for laying Rubbish in the Fishergate and if he do not remove the same in Three Days after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

14. The Bailiffes of this Borough for not repairing the Flaggs at the Sykes at the botton of Minspit Weend and also for not repairing the Pavemt in Churchgate opposite to Lords Stranges House as also for want of three Platts in the Foot road over the Moore to Sherbournes; And if they do not repair the said Flagg pavement and lay down the said Platts on or before the ffirst of May next We amerce them in Twenty shillings.

15. Jeoffrey Sudell for laying Dirt in the Church gate near the Barrs and if he do not remove the same in Ten days after notice We amerce him in Five shillings.

16. The Scavinger for not cleaning the sd Street.

17. John Threlfall for laying Dung at the Churchgate Barrs and if he do not remove the same in three Days after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

18. Thomas Moss for laying Shambles Muck in the High road out of town leading towards Ribbleton; And if he do not remove the same in Fourteen days after notice We amerce him in Thirty nine shillings.

19. Mr Molyneux for not drawing his Ditch and opening his watercourse in Ribbleton Lane whereby the Road there is overflowed and very much Damaged; And if he do not Draw the said Ditch & open the said Watercourse to prevent the like for the future in ffourteen Days after Notice We amerce him in Ten Shillings.

20. Richard Walton for not repairing the Platt or Sough at Swillbrook And if he do not repair the same in Ten days after notice We amerce him in Ten shillings.

21. Leonard Walker for want of a ffoot Bridge over Swillbrook in the ffootway at the bottom of Walker's Garden and if he do not make a suffnt Bridge There in Ten Days after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

22. Lanct Butler for not repairing a Platt at Swillbrook in the ffootroad to Walton and for not repairing the ffoot Causeway leading down to it And if he do not repair the dame in ffourteen dayes after notice we amerce him in Twenty Shillings.

23. John Barker for laying Muck in ffryers Lane and if he do not remove the same in Ten Days after Notice We amerce him in Ten shillings.

24. The Bailiffes of this Borough for not repairing the Platt at the bottom of the House of Correction Lane going on to the Marsh And if they do not repair the same in ffourteen Days after notice We amerce them in Ten shillings.

25. Thomas Sharples for laying Wood upon the Marsh and if he do not remove the same in Ten Days after notice We amerce him in Thirty nine shillings.

26. The Supervisors of the Highways for not repairing the Footbridge at Watry Lane End And if not repaired in ffourteen Days after Notice We amerce them in Ten shillings.

27. Rigby Molyneux Esq., for laying a Muck Midding in Ribbleton Lane opposite to his Barn there And if he do not remove the same in ffourteen Days after notice We amerce him in Ten shillings.

28. James Edmondson for laying Two Muck Middings in the Back Weend & if he do not remove the same in Ten Days after Notice We amerce him in Five shillings.

29. The Supervisors of the Highways, for not repairing the Cart road from a certain Platt near Jo. Bray's Garden to the bottom of Spittle's Moss, and if they do not repair the same on or before the 1st June next We amerce them in 39s.
