4. Mr Batty and Mr Young for not laying a platt at the bottom of a long Croft adjoining to the ffishergate Lane the Foot into the ffryergate and if not done in Ten days after notice We amerce them in Seven shillings and Six pence.

5. The Bailiffes for not fixing up a Door at the Pinfold and if not done in five days after notice We amerce them in ffive shillings.

6. We also present them for not repairing Davil Bridge & if not done in Ten days after notice We Amerce them in twenty shillings.

7. The Supervisors for not repairing the Platt below ffryergate Barrs and if not done in ffive days after notice We amerce them in ffive shillings.

8. Edwd Whitehouse for not making a sufft Ditch adjoining to a ffield in his possession in the ffishergate Lane and if not done in ffive days after notice We amerce him in One shilling.

9. Mr Harrison & others for laying Dung in the Back Weend and if not removed in Ten days after notice We amerce them in Ten shillings.

10. John Dickinson and Mr Hen: Bickerstaffe for severally laying Rubbish in the ffryergate And if not removed in ffive days after notice We amerce them in ffive shillings each.

11. Thomas Walmsley and Thomas Grundy for laying Dung in the Backweend and if not removed in ffive days after notice We amerce them in ffive shillings each.

12. John Ainsworth for suffering a large Stone to lye upon his pavement to the great danger of all persons passing and repassing that way And if not removed in ffive days after notice We amerce him in Two shillings and six pence.

13. Mr Furnivall for not repairing a Cellar at Mr Greenfields House in the Backweend and if not done in ffive days after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

14. Bartle Duckworth for the not opening his Ditch in Colley's Garden And if not done in ffive weeks after notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

16. John Arkwright, the Scavinger, for not carrying away the Dung out of the Streets from Lord Stranges house to the Churchgate Barrs And if he do not clean the sd Street & carry of the Dung in Ten days after notice We amerce him in 10s.

17. Geo: Hilton for not opening the watercourse adjoining to his woodyard at the bottom of Stonygate whereby the well there is much prejudiced And if not done in ffive days after notice We amerce him in 15s.

18. The Executrs of the late Mr Walshman for not repairing the Platt and opening the watercourse near the Sykes and if not done in Six Weeks after notice we amerce them in ffive pounds.

19. John Bond for stopping the Watercourse at the Sykes.
